Istota wzoru jest jego nowa postac, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii altany. Najbardziej postaciowo zblizone do wzoru sa baldachimy i parasole o powierzchni oslonowej rozciagnietej na lukowatych pretach i tworzacej powloke zblizona do czaszy. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.l przedstawia perspektywiczny widok altany, a fig.2 - widok fragmentu dachu od strony wnetrza altany. Altana ma konstrukcje wsporcza, utworzona z lukowatych zeber, zbiegajacych sie w jednym miejscu i rozmieszczonych regularnie na obwodzie kola. W dolnej czesci zebra sa stezone podwalinowymi belkami usytuowanymi na obwodzie altany. Na górnej czesci zeber rozpiety jest dach o ksztalcie zblizonym do czaszy. Ponizej dachu sa pomiedzy zebrami usytuowane okna i przeszklone drzwi, rozciagajace sie na wysokosc zblizona do polowy wysokosci altany. Okna altany moga byc nieruchome lub otwierane, co jednak w niczym nie zmienia istoty wzoru. Wnetrze altany w obrebie podwalinowych belek wypelnia drewniana podloga. Wzór nadaje sie do przemyslowego odtwarzania przy pomocy powszechnie znanych technologii.Moze zastepowac sezonowo stosowane w gastronomii namioty i baldachimy, a jego postac pozwala na szybka zmiane miejsca prowadzonej w altanie dzialalnosci. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a year-round, closed, portable gazebo intended for service activities, particularly catering. The essence of the design lies in its novel form, manifested in the shape and layout of the gazebo. The most figuratively similar designs are canopies and parasols with a protective surface stretched on arched rods, creating a canopy-like covering. The design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the gazebo, and Fig. 2 shows a section of the roof from the interior of the gazebo. The gazebo has a supporting structure composed of arched ribs, converging in one place and regularly arranged around the circumference of a circle. In the lower section, the ribs are braced by ground beams located around the perimeter of the gazebo. A roof, similar in shape to the canopy, spans the upper section of the ribs. Below the roof, between the ribs, are windows and a glazed door, extending to a height approximately half the height of the gazebo. The gazebo windows can be fixed or opened, but this does not change the essence of the design. The interior of the gazebo, within the ground beams, is filled with a wooden floor. The design lends itself to industrial reproduction using common technologies. It can replace the tents and canopies used in restaurants seasonally, and its form allows for a quick change of location for the gazebo's activities.
