Zawias Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa: od 2 kwietnia 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zawias, przeznaczony do stosowania glównie do drzwi i okien. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych zawiasowi nowy. oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1 - fig.3, przedstawiajacych zawiasw widoku ogólnym ora/ na rysunku fig.4, prezentujacym zawias w przekrój u poprzeczny m. Zawias, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 i na zalaczonym rysunku (lg.4 jest przeznaczony do stosowania do drzwi z felcetn. Jest on zbudowany z dwóch polaczonych ruchomo czesci. Kazda z. czesci sklada sie z tulei i skrzydelka. Tuleje usytuowane jedna nad druga sa polaczone ze soba za pomoca czopu, znajdujacego sie w jednej z nich. Pomiedzy tulejami jest osadzone lozysko kulkowe, oporowe majace w widoku z. boku forme ozdobnego pierscienia. Skrzydelka zawiasu sa zagiete katowo a na zewnetrznych, prostokatnych powierzchniach posiadaja montazowe otwory. f otografia, fig.2 ora/, rysunek fig.4 ilustruja zawias. Znajduje on zastosowanie w montowaniu drzwi i okien z felcem. Zawias jest utworzony z dwóch polaczonych ze soba ruchomo czesci, skladajacych sie z. tulei oraz. skrzydelek. Tuleje, usytuowane jedna nad druga sa polaczone ze soba za pomoca czopu, znajdujacego sie wewnatrz jednej z nich. Pomiedzy tulejami jest zamontowane lozysko kulkowe, oporowe z boku jak ozdobny pierscien. Skrzydelka zawiasu sa zagiete katowo a ich zewnetrzne powierzchnie maja ksztalt przypominajacy prostokat o zaokraglonych skrajnych narozach z montazowymi otworami. Na fotografii, fig. 3 oraz na rysunku fig.4 zostal zaprezentowany zawias. Jest on zastosowany w montowaniu drzwi i okien z felcem. Zawias jest utworzony z dwóch ruchomych czesci, skladajacych sie z rozmieszczonych jedna nad druga tulei oraz skrzydelek. Tuleje sa polaczone ruchomo przy pomocy czopu, zamontowanego w jednej z nich. Skrzydelka zawiasu sa wygiete katowo a ich skrajne powierzchnie przypominaja w swym ksztalcie prostokat zzaokraglonymi, zewnetrznymi narozami i montazowymi otworami. Pomiedzy tulejami jest osadzona samosmarujaca przekladka. PL PL PLHinge The right to register an ornamental design is valid from April 2, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a hinge, intended primarily for use on doors and windows. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the hinge a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 - Fig. 3, showing the general view of the hinge, and in the drawing Fig. 4, showing the hinge in cross-section. The hinge, according to the decorative pattern, shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1 and in the attached drawing (Fig. 4), is intended for use with doors with rebates. It is constructed of two movably connected parts. Each part consists of a sleeve and a leaf. The sleeves, located one above the other, are connected to each other by means of a pin located in one of them. Between the sleeves there is a ball bearing, which in a side view has the form of a decorative ring. The hinge wings are bent at an angle and have mounting holes on their outer, rectangular surfaces. The photograph, Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 illustrate a hinge. It is used in the installation of doors and windows with rebates. The hinge is made of two movable parts connected together, consisting of a bushing and a leaf. The bushings, located one above the other, are connected to each other by a pin located inside one of them. A ball bearing is mounted between the bushings, supporting the side like a decorative ring. The hinge wings are bent at an angle, and their outer surfaces have a shape resembling a rectangle with rounded extreme corners and mounting holes. The photograph, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 show the hinge. It is used in the installation of doors and windows with rebates. The hinge is made of two movable parts, consisting of a leaf placed one above the other. The bushings and wings are movably connected by a pin mounted in one of them. The hinge wings are bent at an angle, and their outer surfaces resemble a rectangle with rounded outer corners and mounting holes. A self-lubricating spacer is mounted between the bushings. PL PL PL
