Zawias Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa: od 2 kwietnia 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zawias, przeznaczony do stosowania glównie do drzwi i okien. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych zawiasowi nowy. oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig.l - fig. 3.Zawias, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1 stanowi zawias do drzwi i okien bez felca. Zawias tworza polaczone ruchomo czesci. Kazda z nich posiada tuleje oraz skrzydelka. Skrzydelka sa uformowane w postaci przypominajacej litere „L" z zaokraglonym górnym ramieniem i pogrubionym dolnym ramieniem. Tuleje sa polaczone ruchomo przy pomocy czopu, znajdujacego sie w jednej z nich przy czym pomiedzy nimi jest osadzone lozysko kulkowe, oporowe. W widoku z boku jest ono widoczne jako ozdobny pierscien. Skrzydelka zawiasu sa wyposazone w montazowe otwory. Na fotografii, fig.2 zostal zaprezentowany zawias, skladajacy sie z dwóch ruchomych, polaczonych ze soba czesci. Znajduje on zastosowanie do drzwi i okien bezfelcowych. Obydwie czesci stanowia skrzydelka o zarysie litery „L" z zaokraglonym, skrajnym narozem i pólokraglym, górnym ramieniem oraz tuleje. Tuleje, rozmieszczone jedna nad druga sa polaczone ze soba przy pomocy czopu znajdujacego sie w jednej z nich. Pomiedzy tulejami jest usytuowana samosmarujaca przekladka a na powierzchni skrzydelek sa rozmieszczone montazowe otwory. Fotografia, fig.3 - ilustruje zawias o przeznaczeniu do drzwi i okien pozbawionych felca. Zawias sklada sie z dwóch ruchomych czesci, przy czym kazda czesc stanowi skrzydelko polaczone z tuleja. Tuleje obydwu czesci sa rozmieszczone jedna nad druga. W górnej tulei od góry jest zamontowana regulacyjna sruba z zaresetowana kulka jako elementem lozyskujacym. Skrzydelka zawiasu maja postac litery „L" o zaokraglonych zewnetrznych narozach i wyprofilowanym pólokragle pionowym ramieniem. Na powierzchni skrzydelek sa wykonane montazowe otwory oraz jest rozmieszczony bolec. Bolec ten pelni role blokady przeciwwywazeniowej do drzwi i okien. PL PLHinge. The right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from April 2, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a hinge, intended primarily for use on doors and windows. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the hinge a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 - Fig. 3. The hinge, according to the ornamental design, shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1, is a hinge for doors and windows without a rebate. The hinge is composed of movably connected parts, each of which has sleeves and wings. The wings are formed in the shape of the letter "L" with a rounded upper arm and a thickened lower arm. The bushings are movably connected by a pivot located in one of them, with a ball bearing mounted between them. In the side view, it appears as a decorative ring. The hinge wings are equipped with mounting holes. Photograph 2 shows a hinge consisting of two movable, interconnected parts. It is used for rebateless doors and windows. Both parts consist of an "L"-shaped leaf with a rounded outer corner and a semicircular upper arm, and the bushings. The bushings, arranged one above the other, are connected by a pivot located in one of them. A self-lubricating spacer is located between the bushings, and mounting holes are located on the surface of the leafs. The photograph, Fig. 3, illustrates a hinge designed for doors and windows without a rebate. The hinge consists of two movable parts, each part being a leaf connected to a bushing. The bushings of both parts are arranged one above the other. An adjustment screw with a reset ball as a bearing element is mounted in the upper bushing. The hinge wings are shaped like the letter "L" with rounded outer corners and a semicircularly profiled vertical arm. The wings have mounting holes and a pin on their surface. This pin acts as an anti-burglary lock for doors and windows.
