Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych zawiasowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - przedstawiajacej zawias w widokuogólnym ora/, na rysunku fig.2, prezentujacym zawias w przekroju poprzecznym. Zawias, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, jest przeznaczony do montowania nawierzchniowego na futrynach metalowych i drewnianych. Zawias jest zbudowany z. dwóch, polaczonych ruchomo czesci. Dolna czesc ma postac plytki z przylegajaca do niej u dolu tuleja. Górna czesc tworzy tuleja laczaca sie z odgietym katowo skrzydelkiem, którego zewnetrzna powierzchnia jest na narozach zaokraglona i wyposazona w montazowe otwory. Tuleja górnej czesci posiada od góry regulacyjna srube z zaresetowana kulka pelniaca role elementu lozyskujacego. PL PLHinge. The right of registration for an ornamental design is valid from April 2, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a hinge, intended primarily for use on doors and windows. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the hinge a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the hinge in general view, and Fig. 2, showing the hinge in cross-section. According to the ornamental design, the hinge is intended for surface mounting on metal and wooden door frames. The hinge is constructed of two movably connected parts. The lower part is in the form of a plate with an adjacent sleeve at the bottom. The upper part is formed by a sleeve that connects to an angled wing, the outer surface of which is rounded at the corners and equipped with mounting holes. The upper part of the sleeve has an adjustment screw at the top with a reset ball that acts as a bearing.
