Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pólka metalowa przeznaczona do przechowywania pudelek w szczególnosci z plytami DVD, CD, czy tez kasetami video. Istota wzoru pólki metalowej jest jej postac rózniaca sie od dotychcza s znanych pólek uksztaltowaniem scianek nosnych, którym nadana zostala oryginalna postac. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia pojedyncza pólke metalowa w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. la - przedstawia te sama, pojedyncza pólke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawia odmiane pojedynczej pólki metalowej w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, natomiast fig. 2a - przedstawia te sama odmiane pojedynczej pólki metalowej w widoku z boku. Kolejne fig. Ib, lc, 2b i 2c - przedstawiaja analogicznie te sama pojedyncza pólke metalowa i jej odmiane w tych samych pozycjach, lecz w wiekszym zblizeniu. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig.l, la, lb i lc - pólka metalowa, wedlug wzoru, sklada sie z podstawy, która stanowi pret, wygiety w wielokatna i otwarta figure, nieco zblizona ksztaltem do pólkola. Z podstawy tej wyprowadzone zostaly pionowe prety, do których przytwierdzone zostaly w równych odstepach poziome, nieco ciensze druty, z których kazdy stanowi wielokatna i otwarta figure, nieco zblizona ksztaltem do pólkola i równoczesnie nieco mniejsza od analogicznej figury stanowiacej podstawe pólki. Druty te stanowia ramiona, na których - w zaleznosci od ich szerokosci - moga zostac stabilnie usytuowane kasety video, plyty DVD, czy tez CD. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig.2, 2a, 2b i 2c - pólka metalowa, wedlug wzoru, stanowiaca odmiane wzoru przedstawionego na rysunkach fig. 1, la, lb, i lc - sklada siez podstawy, która stanowi pret, wygiety w wielokatna i otwarta figure, nieco zblizona ksztaltem do pólkola. Przy czym podstawa ta jest nieco mniejsza od podstawy wzoru opisywanego powyzej. Wyka z odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) pojedyncza, szeroka i niska pólka metalowa - fig.l, la, lb i lc, 2) pojedyncza, waska i wysoka pólka metalowa - fig.2,2a, 2b i 2c. The essence of the metal shelf design is its form, which differs from previously known shelves in the shape of the supporting walls, which have been given a unique shape. The industrial design is shown in drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a single metal shelf in a front perspective view, Fig. 1a shows the same single shelf in a side view, Fig. 2 shows a variation of the single metal shelf in a front perspective view, and Fig. 2a shows the same variation of the single metal shelf in a side view. Subsequent Figs. 1b, 1c, 2b, and 2c show the same single metal shelf and its variation in the same positions, but in a closer close-up. As shown in Figures 1, 1a, 1b, and 1c, the metal shelf, according to the model, consists of a base, which is a rod bent into a polygonal, open figure, somewhat resembling a semicircle. From this base, vertical rods extend, to which horizontal, slightly thinner wires are attached at equal intervals, each forming a polygonal, open figure, somewhat resembling a semicircle and slightly smaller than the analogous figure constituting the shelf's base. These wires constitute arms on which—depending on their width—video cassettes, DVDs, or CDs can be securely placed. As shown in Figures 2, 2a, 2b, and 2c—a metal shelf, according to a pattern that is a variation of the pattern shown in Figures 1, 1a, 1b, and 1c—consists of a base consisting of a rod bent into a polygonal, open figure, somewhat similar in shape to a semicircle. This base is slightly smaller than the base of the pattern described above. From this base, vertical rods extend, to which horizontal, slightly thinner wires are attached at equal intervals, each forming a polygonal, open figure, somewhat similar in shape to a semicircle and somewhat smaller than the analogous figure constituting the base of the shelf. However, there are significantly more of these wires, creating figures slightly smaller than in the pattern described above. These wires form arms on which—depending on their width—video cassettes, DVDs, or CDs can be stably placed. Here's a list of the industrial design variations: 1) a single, wide, and low metal shelf—figs. 1, 1a, 1b, and 1c; 2) a single, narrow, and tall metal shelf—figs. 2, 2a, 2b, and 2c. The essential feature of the design presented in figures 1, 1a, 1b and 1c is that: - it consists of a base which is a rod bent into a polygonal and open figure, somewhat similar in shape to a semicircle, - from this base there are vertical rods, to which horizontal, slightly thinner wires are attached at equal intervals, each of which is a polygonal and open figure, somewhat similar in shape to a semicircle and at the same time slightly smaller than the analogous figure constituting the base of the shelf, - these wires constitute arms on which - depending on their width - video cassettes, DVDs or CDs can be stably placed. The essential feature of the pattern shown in figures 2, 2a, 2b and 2c, which is a variation of the pattern shown in figures 1, 1a, 1b and 1c, is that: - it consists of a base which is a rod bent into a polygonal and open figure, somewhat similar in shape to a semicircle, and - this base is slightly smaller than the base of the pattern described above, - from this base vertical rods are extended, to which horizontal, slightly thinner wires are attached at equal intervals, each of which is a polygonal and open figure, somewhat similar in shape to a semicircle and at the same time slightly smaller than the analogous figure constituting the base of the shelf, and - there are much more of these wires and they form slightly smaller figures than in the case of the pattern described above, - these wires constitute arms on which - depending on their width - video cassettes, DVDs or CDs can be stably placed.
