Opracowany stojak przeznaczony jest do przechowywania w nim plyt i kaset, w tym w szczególnosci plyt typu DVD i CD, kaset. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.l i 2, natomiast fig. 3 i 4 - przedstawiaja jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego. Wyka z odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) stojak szkieletowy do plyt o trójkatnej podstawie - fig.l i 2, 2) stojak szkieletowy do plyt o trójkatnej podstawie z zawinieciami - fig. 3 i 4. Cech a istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1 i 2 - tj. stojaka szkieletowego - jest to, ze: - jego podstawe stanowi ulozony poziomo pret wygiety w ksztalt trójkata, którego podstawa zostala usunieta, - w poblizu konców opisanego elementu, a takze dodatkowo nieco dalej, przymocowane zostaly pionowe i nieco ciensze prety, — do opisanych wyzej, pionowych pretów przymocowane zostaly korzystnie w równych odstepach od siebie cienkie prety wygiete w ksztalt trójkatów, których podstawa zostala usunieta, a ksztalt jest analogiczny do ksztaltu podstawy stojaka. The rack is designed to store records and cassettes, particularly DVDs, CDs, and cassettes. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figures 1 and 2, while Figures 3 and 4 represent its subsequent form, i.e., a variant of the industrial design. List of industrial design varieties: 1) frame stand for boards with a triangular base - fig. 1 and 2, 2) frame stand for boards with a triangular base with curls - fig. 3 and 4. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 and 2 - i.e. a frame stand - is that: - its base is a horizontally arranged rod bent into the shape of a triangle, the base of which has been removed, - near the ends of the described element, and additionally a little further on, vertical and slightly thinner rods are attached, - to the above-described vertical rods, preferably at equal intervals, thin rods bent into the shape of triangles, the base of which has been removed, and the shape is analogous to the shape of the stand base. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and 4 - i.e. a frame stand - is that: - its base is a horizontally arranged rod bent into the shape of a triangle, the base of which has been removed and the ends slightly bent inwards, - near the ends of the described element and additionally a little further on, vertical and slightly thinner rods are attached, - to the above-described vertical rods, preferably at equal intervals from each other, thin rods bent into the shape of triangles, the base of which has been removed and the shape is analogous to the basic part of the shape of the stand base, are attached.
