Stojaki na plyty Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa stojaki na plyty CD oraz stojak na plyty CD i DVD. Istota wzoru jest nowa, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, forma plastyczna stojaków, która w odniesieniu do znanych wczesniej stojaków przejawia sie w szczególnosci w oryginalnym uksztaltowaniu ich podstawy i zakonczenia górnej czesci stojaków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia stojak stojacy na podlodze na plyty CD; fig. 2 - przedstawia stojak z mozliwoscia powieszenia na scianie na plyty CD; fig. 3 - przedstawia stojak stojacy na podlodze na plyty CD i DVD , a fig. 4 - przedstawia stojak stojacy na biurko na plyty CD.Podstawowe cechy stojaków na plyty bedacych przedmiotem niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego sa nastepujace: 1. Stojak stojacy na podlodze na plyty CD, stojak z mozliwoscia powieszenia na scianie na plyty CD, stojak stojacy na podlodze na plyty CD i DVD oraz stojak stojacy na biurku na plyty CD sa konstrukcjami azurowymi, majacymi w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt otwartego trapezu, przy czym stojak stojacy na podlodze na plyty CD i DVD ma w przekroju poprzecznym jeszcze jedno, dodatkowe ramie jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4 rysunku. 2. Stojak stojacy na podlodze na plyty CD, stojak z mozliwoscia powieszenia na scianie na plyty CD, stojak stojacy na podlodze na plyty CD i DVD oraz stojak stojacy na biurku na plyty CD sa zaopatrzone na koncach pionowych pretów, zarówno u podstawy jak i u góry w drewniane kulki, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4 rysunku. 3. Stojak stojacy na podlodze na plyty CD, stojak stojacy na podlodze na plyty na plyty CD i DVD oraz stojak stojacy na biurku na plyty CD maja wygiete pod katem rozwartym nogi, zaopatrzone w drewniane kulki, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1, fig. 3 i fig. 4 rysunku. 4. The essence of the design is the racks' new, reusable design, which, compared to previously known racks, manifests itself particularly in the unique shape of their base and the top of the racks. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a floor-standing CD rack; Fig. 2 shows a wall-mountable CD rack; Fig. 3 shows a floor-standing CD and DVD stand, and Fig. 4 shows a desk-standing CD stand. The basic features of the CD stands that are the subject of this industrial design are as follows: 1. The floor-standing CD stand, the wall-mounted CD stand, the floor-standing CD and DVD stand, and the desk-standing CD stand are open-frame structures having an open trapezoid shape in cross-section, while the floor-standing CD and DVD stand has another additional arm in cross-section, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 of the drawing. 2. The floor-standing CD stand, the wall-mounted CD stand, the floor-standing CD and DVD stand and the desk-standing CD stand are provided with wooden balls at the ends of the vertical rods, both at the base and at the top, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 of the drawings. 3. The floor-standing CD stand, the floor-standing CD and DVD stand and the desk-standing CD stand have legs bent at an obtuse angle and provided with wooden balls, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 of the drawings. 4. The wall-mounted CD rack is equipped with a hook in the upper part, and the arms of the two vertical rods adjacent to the wall are bent at a right angle in both the upper and lower parts, while the arms of the two remaining vertical rods of the rack are not bent in the lower part, as shown in Fig. 2 of the drawing.
