Description

Z drugiej jednak strony umieszczenie w polu perforacji wiele otworów winny utworzyc przesmyki oddzielajace od siebie wzajemnie poszczególne otwory mozliwie waskimi. 1 przedstawia glowice tnaca golarki, fig. 2 — siatke tnaca w widoku z góry, fig. 3 — szczegól z fig. 2 w powiekszeniu, fig. 4 — pole otworów z otworami kwadratowymi w zestawieniu ze szczelinami o jednakowej dlugosci, fig. 5 - pole otworów wedlug fig. 4 — w którym kazdej parze otworów przyporzadkowana jest szczelina, fig. 6 - pole otworów z otworami szesciokatnymi i szczelinami o jednakowej dlugosci, fig. 7 - pole otworów z otworami szesciokatnymi i szczelinami o niejednakowej dlugosci, fig. Szerokosci 210, 220, 230 i 240 sa wiec sobie równe i równiez wszystkie przesmyki 25-28 maja równa szerokosc. Otwory jednej pary sa umieszczone jeden nad drugim, to znaczy pary umieszczone sa w osi 6.Natomiast w osi odcietej 60 miedzy kazdym otworem znajduje sie jedna szczelina.4 80950 Na fig. 6 przedstawione jest pole perforowane 3 w powiekszeniu z fig. 3. PL PLPatent holder: Braun, Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main (Federal Republic of Germany) Cutting system for a razor. The invention relates to a cutting system for a razor with an upper knife equipped with a plurality of holes of at least two types, separated by isthmuses. Essentially, the upper knife should be as thin as possible so that the hair can be cut as short as possible. On the other hand, placing multiple holes in the perforation field should create isthmuses that separate the individual holes from each other as narrowly as possible. For stability reasons, especially with very thin foils, the passages cannot be narrower than a certain width, and the smallest possible width should be maintained along the entire length of the passage, because local widening of the passage deteriorates the aperture ratio, i.e., the ratio of the total area of the holes for hair entry to the total area of the passages. On the other hand, the aperture areas should be as wide as possible, but the largest possible aperture width is limited by the fact that the skin must be introduced into the aperture enough to prevent it from being irritated or even cut by the lower blade. This size varies depending on the aperture shape and the thickness of the cutting foil. Various forms of aperture design are known, but they can be broadly divided into two types. One type, with holes in a circular or near-circular shape—meaning they are the same size in almost all directions—is most beneficial for even penetration of short hair from all directions. Another type of arrangement has holes that are significantly larger in one direction than in the crosswise direction. Such openings, hereinafter referred to as slots, are capable of catching longer hairs in the longitudinal direction as well. Experience has shown that opening areas with circular or nearly circular openings, hereinafter referred to as openings, are incapable of catching longer hairs completely, and opening areas equipped solely with slots create conditions for skin irritation or, if this disadvantage is eliminated by reducing the width of the slot, give poor shaving performance. These two types of openings, however, have mutually exclusive advantages, and an attempt to retain their advantages and at the same time avoid their disadvantages by placing these two types of openings in the upper blade by dividing the opening area into zones or bands to which specific types of openings were assigned in each case, does not meet the expectations, because the individual types of openings in the zones of the opening area are too small to shave effectively. The hole ratio of the total hole area is already so compromised by the transition areas that shaving efficiency is significantly lower compared to a uniform hole area. A solution using rhombic slots is known to achieve a neutral hole area, also with respect to directionality, for longer hairs while maintaining a good ratio of holes in different directions. Compared to such a hole area composed of slots, and thus with the inherent defects of these hole areas, by omitting some of the isthmuses and concentrating three rhombic holes into one hexagonal hole, a hole area consisting of a slot and approximately circular holes was obtained. Inevitably, the slotted holes in the field corresponding to the arrangement in this proposal do not constitute slots for capturing long hair, because they are shorter at their greatest length than holes formed by three such holes and are therefore not suitable for capturing shorter hair. Interconnection of holes and slots. The aim and purpose of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages occurring in known types of arrangements and to interconnect the holes and slots in a common perforation field. The invention aims not only to combine these two types of holes in a single hole field for the simultaneous shaving of long and short hairs, but also to create the possibility of simultaneously capturing longer hairs lying in different directions without skin irritation and without having to sacrifice the optimal hole ratio. The principle adopted to solve the invention is that the gap width, which allows for the capture of only a few longer hairs not captured by the holes when placed locally with holes for shorter hairs, is small enough to maintain skin strength. Therefore, it is essential to maintain skin strength. The essence of the solution according to the invention is that the cutting system has slots and holes placed in a mutually intermixed manner at least on the main part of the perforated field, with the effective length of the slots being greater than the diameter of the holes. The upper knife made in this way captures normal bristles and allows them to be inserted into circular holes, preferably those with a shape close to a circle, i.e. polygons, most preferably from a triangle to a hexagon, because this shape of the holes, especially in combination with the slots, gives a good ratio of holes and ensures a better shearing angle than with round holes. It should be noted that a greater number of angles than six makes the hole shape closer to a circle, which worsens the ratio of holes and shaving efficiency. To achieve a favorable ratio of holes, it is advantageous to place only one type of hole in the perforation field. This does not exclude the combination of holes with different numbers of edges and with slits, as per the invention, and also the combination of differently shaped slits with scba and with holes in one perforation field. The most advantageous solutions are those in which the slits run in different directions relative to each other, which allows for the capture of chaotically arranged hair. This is achieved by selecting polygonal holes where the slots run along the edges of the holes, which are arranged at an angle to each other, so that the slots surround the holes in a rosette shape. The cutting system according to the invention is particularly characterized in that one or two slots are arranged alternately between every two groups of holes encompassing multiple holes, thereby limiting the number of slots. However, in a preferred embodiment, in each direction of the perforation field, there is a slot after at least every two holes. A preferred configuration is one in which every two holes are arranged between one slot, or each edge of the hole is adjoined by a slot, which in an optimal configuration runs in such a way that both adjacent edges together form a passage of essentially constant width separating the hole and the slot. The closer the line delimiting the holes is to a straight line, the better the overall ratio of the holes to the perforation area. The type and size of the gaps between the individual holes determines the effective area of the holes. It is advantageous for the slits to have parallel edges, which allows for the most favorable ratio of holes, but other solutions are also possible, which are more advantageous than the known ones. According to the invention, the effective length of at least some of the slits for catching longer hair should be greater than the diameter of the holes. As a rule, the length of the slits placed between the holes is at least their width greater than the edge of the adjacent hole. According to the invention, the length of the slit is essentially equal everywhere, although designs with slits of unequal length are also possible. For high shaving efficiency, good grip on swirling hairs, and for shaving long hair, the most advantageous design is a hexagonal hole system, with each hexagonal edge assigned a single slot. In this system, hexagons and triangles define the slot positions in three directions. The hexagonal hole is particularly advantageous for straight perforation areas due to the favorable ratio of the holes. This system has parallelogram-shaped slots arranged in a rosette pattern, with a slot placed around each hexagonal hole between two holes in a row and a row, so that the slots run in three different directions, thus enabling the capture of any irregular hair. By maintaining the same length for all the slots, a uniform arrangement of holes and slots is created. To catch particularly long hairs, which tend to remain individually, especially during careless and hasty shaving, longer slots are placed individually within the perforation field without the need for any change in the hole arrangement. It is advantageous if the longer slots are also placed in different directions. Good results can also be obtained with square-shaped holes, especially when a slot is assigned to a pair of holes, so that each slot is placed between each pair of holes. This creates relatively long slots while maintaining the size and shape of any variation in the hole within the perforation field. Triangular-shaped holes are also an advantageous form for implementing the invention, as it gives a perforation field arrangement in which the slots are narrowed in the middle of their length and widened at their ends, so that the slots have a very large length without the risk of creating conditions for skin irritation, and the ends of the slots have a width enabling particularly good hair catching. The subject of the invention is explained in the further part of the description based on the drawings presented in the embodiment examples, in which Fig. 1 shows the cutting head of the razor, Fig. 2 - the cutting net in a top view, Fig. 3 - a detail of Fig. 2 enlarged, Fig. 4 - a field of holes with square holes in combination with slots of equal length, Fig. 5 - a field of holes according to Fig. 4 - in which each pair of holes is assigned a slot, Fig. 6 - a field of holes with hexagonal holes and slots of equal length, fig. 7 - a field of holes with hexagonal holes and slots of unequal length, fig. 8 - a field of holes with triangular holes. Fig. 1 shows a cutting head 8 with a knife block 9 around which a cutting grid 1 is arranged in a known manner. The knives 9 made in the form of plates are arranged obliquely in the direction of line 90, particularly advantageously with the hole arrangement shown in fig. 4. The cutting grid 1 shown in fig. 2 comprises the actual field of holes 2, variants of which are shown in enlarged form in figs. 3 - 8, and fastening means 4. According to the invention, it is possible to obliquely position the knives marked with 90 in fig. 2 or to use wavy knives. The solution shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is an example embodiment and is not limited to this example. It can also be used with circular mesh foils or the like. In the example embodiment shown in Fig. 4, the system has square holes 20, the edges of which 201-204 run in a straight line. Each hole edge, separated only by a passage 25-28, is adjoined by longitudinal slots 21-24, the edges of which are also made in a straight line. Because the corresponding adjacent edges of the holes run parallel to each other, the passages 25-28 formed have a constant width. Isthmus 25 is formed by two edges 201-211, isthmus 26 by edges 202-212, isthmus 27 by edges 203, 213, and isthmus 28 by edges 204, 214. Slots 21-24 are arranged counterclockwise around the opening they surround, with slot 21 being longer by the width 220 of slot 22 and by the width of isthmus 26 than edge 201 of opening 20, and is therefore also longer than the diameter of the opening. Since the openings are arranged symmetrically, this principle is also applied to slots 22-24. Widths 210, 220, 230, and 240 are therefore equal, and all isthmuses 25-28 are also equal. The square opening creates slits in two directions, oriented at an angle to each other (the arrangement of these openings allows for complete capture of the chaotic hair pattern). Fig. 5 shows a square opening arrangement in which perforation fields connect the holes and slits in a regular arrangement, but in which, however, there is not always a single slit between every two openings. Both openings 30 and 300 form a pair of openings, meaning they are separated only by isthmus 39. The pair is surrounded by slits 31-34, between which are isthmuses 35-38. This solution has the advantage that more holes 30, 300 are arranged in the same hole field than in the hole field of Fig. 2, and in addition, the slits 32, 34 are longer, so that the foil can also catch very long hairs. This solution also produces slits with polyangular directions relative to each other. The holes of one pair are arranged one above the other, i.e. the pairs are arranged in axis 6. On the other hand, in the abscissa axis 60, there is one slit between each hole. Fig. 6 shows the perforated field 3 enlarged from Fig. 3. All holes 40 are made in the shape of hexagons. At each edge of the hexagon there is one slit 41-46 adjacent to each other. Both types of holes are separated from each other by isthmuses 401-406. The hexagon gives the position of the slots in three directions at an angle to each other. Since the slots 401-406 are of equal length and of equal and constant width, it is possible to catch longer hairs in every position, and a very advantageous ratio of the holes is achieved. Fig. 7 shows a variant of the embodiment of Fig. 6, but Fig. 6 shows the slots 41-46 of equal length, and Fig. 7 shows particularly long slots 47 distributed in the hexagonal area of holes. Even if in this embodiment small holes 48 are formed, which are not the most advantageous for cutting hair, and therefore the ratio of holes is worsened, such an embodiment, which does not disturb the uniformity of the hole area, is expedient, because it offers the possibility of producing particularly long slots. Similarly, according to the invention, a combination of holes with straight edges with slots, as well as a combination with slotted holes with bent edges, as shown in Fig. 8 in the arrangement with triangular holes 50, the edges of which 500 form circular arcs with a larger radius than the circle circumscribed by the triangle. The larger this radius, the closer the circular arc is to a straight line. The shape of the slot obtained with this hole construction deviates from the shape of a rectangle or a parallelogram. Also, slots 54-56 of constant width, due to the most favorable ratio of holes, do not maintain a constant slot width. However, slots 51-53 are an advantageous solution because they are particularly long, so they can also catch long hairs, and they are narrow in the middle of their length, because due to the edges of the holes running along the curves, they narrow, so the skin cannot penetrate them, and skin irritation is avoided, which is otherwise unavoidable with very long slots. On the other hand, these slots widen towards their ends, so that long hairs can be caught there especially well.
