Istota wzoru jest nowa postac etykiety przejawiajaca sie w jej barwie, napisach oraz rysunkach umieszczonych na jej powierzchni, a takze na powierzchni jej odmian. \ % Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 do fig. 3 przedstawiaja widok etykiety w 3-ech odmianach z napisem WTC, fig. 4 do fig. 6 przedstawiaja widok odmian etykiety z napisem Big Apple. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 - etykieta posiada ksztalt wysokiego prostokata, którego górny bok jest lukiem wygietym na zewnatrz. Powierzchnia tego prostokata ma kolor niebieski o zmniejszajacej sie ku górze intensywnosci barwy. Na etykiecie umieszczony jest rysunek przedstawiajacy srebrzyste kontury postaci kobiety w powlóczystej szacie, z promienista korona na glowie i wzniesiona w góre reka trzymajaca pochodnie. Tlem tej postaci jest rysunek przedstawiajacy ciemno-szare wiezowce, w tym: po bokach dwa nizsze oraz w srodku, miedzy nimi dwa blizniacze, wysokie wiezowce. Ponizej podstawy wiezowców na ciemno-niebieskim tle zaznaczone sa granatowe i \ niebieskie kreski imitujace odbicie tych budowli w wodzie. Ponadto na etykiecie umieszczone sa napisy, w tym na dole ponizej podstawy wiezowców i dwóch bialych linii w ksztalcie rozwartych ramion trójkata umieszczony jest, napis wykonany drukowanymi literami w kolorze czerwonym, a na górze nad wierzcholkami wiezowców - znajduje sie napis WTC wykonany stylizowanymi, duzymi literami takze w kolorze czerwonym.Odmiana etykiety przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 2 - posiada takze ksztalt wysokiego prostokata, którego górny bok jest lukiem wygietym na zewnatrz.
