Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, barwie oraz rysunkach umieszczonych na jej powierzchni, a takze na powierzchni jej odmian. Przedmiot wzoru * przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest w przykladach wykonania na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok butelki z przodu, fig. la - przedstawia widok butelki z tylu oraz fig. 2 do fig. 4 - przedstawiaja widoki z przodu kolejnych odmian butelki, a fig. 2a do fig. 4a - przedstawiaja widoki z tylu powyzszych, kolejnych odmian butelki. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, color, and the drawings placed on its surface, as well as on the surface of its variants. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the examples in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the bottle, Fig. 1a shows a back view of the bottle, and Figs. 2 to 4 show front views of subsequent bottle variants, while Figs. 2a to 4a show back views of the above, subsequent bottle variants. The bottle shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a has the shape of a hexagonal solid, which at the bottom—above the base—has a circumferential band of arc-shaped recesses. In the upper part, the bottle walls, with gentle convex and then concave curves, connect to a cylindrical neck. The neck is topped with a decorative closure, which, at both the front and back, is shaped like a woman's head adorned with a crown. This closure is navy blue. The entire surface of the bottle is matte – only the front wall of the bottle is separated by a transparent, rectangular area, which features a drawing of a woman in a flowing robe, with a radiant crown on her head and a raised hand holding a torch. This figure is set against a drawing of gray skyscrapers on the back wall of the bottle, including two lower ones on the sides and two twin, tall skyscrapers in the center. These skyscrapers are placed against a blue background, imitating the sky and decreasing in intensity as they rise. At the bottom, below the base of the skyscrapers, irregular navy-blue lines are marked on a dark navy background, imitating the reflection of these structures in the water. Furthermore, two lines in the shape of the open arms of a triangle are also marked with white lines. The bottle variant shown in Figures 2 and 2a is also shaped as a hexagonal block, which at the bottom – above the base – has a circumferential band of arched recesses. Meanwhile, in the upper part of the bottle wall, gentle convex and then concave arches connect to the cylindrical neck. This neck is topped with a decorative cap, which, on both the front and back of the bottle, is shaped like a woman's head adorned with a crown. The entire surface of the bottle is matte – only the front, on the front wall, is separated by a transparent, rectangular area, which features a drawing of a woman in a flowing robe, a radiant crown on her head, and an upraised hand holding a torch. The background to this figure, located on the back wall of the bottle, is a drawing of gray skyscrapers, including two lower ones on the sides and two twin, tall skyscrapers in the center between them. Below the base of the skyscrapers are irregular, navy blue and blue lines imitating the reflection of these structures in the water. Furthermore, the front wall of the bottle features inscriptions, including an inscription in red block letters at the bottom below the base of the skyscrapers and below two white lines in the shape of an open triangle. Above the drawing, the inscription "Big Apple" is written in stylized red letters. The bottle variant shown in Figures 3 and 3a is also shaped as a hexagonal block, with a circumferential arc-shaped recess at the bottom, above the base. Meanwhile, the upper part of the bottle wall features gentle convex and then concave arcs that connect to the cylindrical neck. This neck is topped with a decorative closure, which, at both the front and back, is shaped like a woman's head adorned with a crown. The entire surface of the bottle is matte—only the front—the front wall of the bottle is separated by a transparent, rectangular area, which features a drawing of an incomplete, side view of a woman in a flowing robe, with a radiant crown on her head and an upraised hand holding a torch. The background for this figure is a drawing of skyscrapers, placed on the back of the bottle, including two lower ones on the sides and two tall twin towers in the center. These skyscrapers are placed against a blue background imitating a sky with varying degrees of blue. At the bottom, below the base of the skyscrapers, on a gray, shaded background, are navy blue lines imitating the reflection of these structures in the water. The bottle variant shown in Figures 4 and 4a is also shaped as a hexagonal V-shaped block, which at the bottom, above the base, has a circumferential band of arched recesses. The upper part of the bottle wall, meanwhile, features gentle convex and then concave arches that connect to a cylindrical neck.
