Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach z których fig. 1 widokiem perspektywicznym, fig. 2 jest widokiem z przodu a fig. 3 jest przekrojem A-A z fig. 2. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowego sklada sie z uchwytu wlasciwego oraz dwóch czesci mocujacych. Kazda z czesci mocujacych ma postac walca kolowego polaczonego jedna podstawa z uchwytem wlasciwym. Uchwyt wlasciwy ma postac graniastoslupa o podstawie zblizonej do trójkata. Jedna ze scian graniastoslupa ma ksztalt prostokata i jest polaczona z czesciami mocujacymi. Pozostale dwie sciany uchwytu maja ksztalt podobny do trapezu równoramiennego sa lekko wypukle, a krawedz je laczaca jest zaokraglona. Podstawy graniastoslupa sa pochylone tak, ze ze sciana prostokatna tworze kat ostry. Czesci mocujace maja gwintowane otwory przeznaczone na wkrety mocujace uchwyt do powierzchni mebla. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy sklada sie z uchwytu wlasciwego oraz czesci mocujacych. Kazda z czesci mocujacych ma postac walca kolowego polaczonego jedna podstawa z uchwytem wlasciwym. Uchwyt wlasciwy ma postac graniastoslupa o podstawie zblizonej do trójkata. Jedna ze scian graniastoslupa ma ksztalt prostokata i laczy sie z czesciami mocujacymi. Pozostale dwie sciany uchwytu maja ksztalt podobny do trapezu równoramiennego i sa lekko wypukle, a krawedz je laczaca jest zaokraglona. Podstawy graniastoslupa sa pochylone tak, ze ze sciana prostokatna tworze kat ostry. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the handle, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its utility. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, of which Fig. 1 is a perspective view, Fig. 2 is a front view, and Fig. 3 is a cross-section A-A of Fig. 2. The two-point furniture handle consists of a handle and two mounting parts. Each mounting part is in the form of a circular cylinder connected to the handle by a single base. The handle is in the form of a prism with a base roughly resembling a triangle. One of the prism's faces is rectangular and connected to the mounting parts. The remaining two faces of the handle are shaped like an isosceles trapezoid, slightly convex, and the connecting edge is rounded. The prism bases are inclined so that they form an acute angle with the rectangular face. The mounting elements have threaded holes for screws that secure the handle to the furniture surface. The two-point furniture handle consists of the handle itself and the mounting elements. Each mounting element is a circular cylinder connected to the handle itself by one base. The handle itself is a prism with a base that approximates a triangle. One of the prism faces is rectangular and connects to the mounting elements. The remaining two walls of the holder are shaped like an isosceles trapezoid and are slightly convex, with a rounded edge connecting them.
