Umywalka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 21.12.1998r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest umywalka stanowiaca element wyposazenia lazienek i innych pomieszczen sanitarnych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajacej umywalce nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zilustrowany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia umywalke w widoku od czola, w widoku z góiy oraz w widoku od spodu, zas fig.2 przedstawia umywalke w widoku ogólnym. Cecha charakterystyczna umywalki jest to, ze ma postac misy z obrzezem bedacym obrysem zaglebienia, które zwezone jest powierzchnia scianki pionowej przebiegajacej wzdluz zaglebienia, gdzie w jej najnizszympolozeniu znajduje sie przelotowy otwór wylewowy, a na wewnetrznej sciance pionowej, nieco ponizej powierzchni poziomu tylnej pólki posiadajacej otwór na baterie jest usytuowany otwór przelewowy. Umywalka ma obrzeze misy w postaci wyraznie zaznaczonego wysokiego kolnierza wywinietego na zewnatrz, a w widoku z góry w swej przedniej czesci obrzeze ma kolisty zarys i przechodzi lagodnymi lukami w czesciach bocznych do odcinków prostoliniowych zdecydowanie zbieznych ku poziomej osi zaglebienia misy. Ponadto obrzeze zaglebienia misy ma eliptyczny zarys ze srodkowym odcinkiem luku o duzym promieniu stanowiacej przednia krawedz tylnej pólki, posiadajacej symetrycznie uksztaltowane boczne zaglebienia. Przedluzenie scianki pionowej wysuniete jest nieco ponad plaska plaszczyzne tylnej pólki tworzac grzbiet zmniejszajacy sie regularnie do powierzchni plaskiego obrzeza w poblizu wewnetrznej krawedzi tylnej pólki. Umywalka wykonana jest z ceramiki o powierzchni blyszczacej. Umywalka wprowadzona jest do obrotu handlowego pod nazwa: EKO 2000 - E 50. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since December 21, 1998. The subject of the ornamental design is a washbasin, which is a fixture in bathrooms and other sanitary facilities. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the washbasin a new and original appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the washbasin from the front, from the top, and from the bottom, while Fig. 2 shows the washbasin from an overall view. The washbasin's characteristic feature is that it has a bowl-shaped rim that follows the contour of a recess, narrowed by a vertical wall running along the recess. At its lowest point, a through-flow outlet is located. An overflow outlet is located on the inner vertical wall, slightly below the level of the rear shelf with a tap hole. The washbasin's rim is a clearly defined, high, outward-curving flange. From a top view, the rim has a circular outline in the front, transitioning through gentle curves in the side sections to straight sections that strongly converge toward the horizontal axis of the bowl recess. Furthermore, the rim of the bowl recess has an elliptical shape, with a central section of a large-radius arc constituting the front edge of the rear shelf, which has symmetrically shaped side recesses. The vertical wall extension extends slightly above the flat surface of the rear shelf, creating a ridge that gradually decreases to the flat rim surface near the inner edge of the rear shelf. The washbasin is made of ceramic with a glossy surface. The washbasin is marketed under the name: EKO 2000 - E 50.
