Umywalka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 23 maja 2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest umywalka stanowiaca element wyposazenia lazienek i innych pomieszczen sanitarnych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajacej umywalce nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zilustrowany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia umywalke w widoku z góry, oraz w widoku z tylu, zas fig.2 przedstawia umywalke w widoku ogólnym. Cecha charakterystyczna umywalki jest to, ze ma postac misy z obrzezem bedacym obrysem jej zaglebienia, które zwezone jest powierzchnia scianki pionowej przebiegajacej wzdluz zaglebienia, gdzie w jej najnizszympolozeniu znajduje sie przelotowy otwór wylewowy, a na wewnetrznej sciance pionowej, nieco ponizej powierzchni poziomu tylnej pólki posiadajacej otwór na baterie jest usytuowany otwór przelewowy. Umywalka ma zewnetrzne obrzeze o pólkolistym zarysie w czesci czolowej, które przechodzi odcinkiem prostoliniowym az do wypietrzonego nieco grzbietu szerokiej tylnej pólki o plaskiej powierzchni. Przejscie z obrzeza umywalki do zaglebienia misy ma w czesciach bocznych ukosne podciecia spadowe zwezajace sie jednostajnie i zanikajace calkowicie w srodkowej czolowej czesci obrzeza umywalki. Umywalka wykonana jest z ceramiki o powierzchni blyszczacej. Umywalka wprowadzana bedzie do obrotu handlowego pod nazwa: „President". PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since May 23, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a washbasin, which is a fixture in bathrooms and other sanitary facilities. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the washbasin a new and original appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the washbasin from above and from the back, while Fig. 2 shows the washbasin from an overall view. The washbasin's characteristic feature is its bowl-shaped rim, which is the outline of its recess, narrowed by a vertical wall running along the recess. At its lowest point, a through-flow outlet is located. An overflow outlet is located on the inner vertical wall, slightly below the level of the rear shelf with a tap hole. The washbasin has an external rim with a semicircular outline at the front, which extends in a straight section to the slightly raised ridge of the wide rear shelf with a flat surface. The transition from the washbasin rim to the bowl recess features diagonal undercuts in the sides, which taper steadily and disappear completely in the central frontal part of the washbasin rim. The washbasin is made of ceramic with a glossy surface. The washbasin will be marketed under the name: "President". PL PL
