Pisuar Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 27.11.1998r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pisuar stanowiacy wyposazenie urzadzen sanitarnych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zilustrowany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pisuar w widoku ogólnym, zas fig.2 przedstawia zarys widoku od czola, zarys widoku z góry oraz przekrój podluzny tego pisuaru. Pisuar posiada mise z doplywem i odplywem wody usytuowanym na zewnatrz korpusu osadczego tej misy. Misa pisuaru ma obrzeze o zarysie wielokata nieforemnego, symetrycznego wzgledem osi pionowej, przy czym odcinek obrzeza górnego i dolnego ma postac linii prostej, zas odcinki boczne maja ksztalt lukowy. Pisuar wykonany jest z ceramiki o powierzchni blyszczacej.Pisuar wprowadzony jest do obrotu handlowego pod nazwa „AQUA-A 100". The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the urinal in a general view, while Fig. 2 shows the outline of the front view, the outline of the top view, and a longitudinal cross-section of the urinal. The urinal has a bowl with a water inlet and outlet located outside the bowl's seat body. The urinal bowl has a rim in the shape of an irregular polygon, symmetrical about a vertical axis, with the upper and lower rim sections in the form of a straight line, while the side sections are arc-shaped. The urinal is made of ceramic with a glossy surface. The urinal is marketed under the name "AQUA-A 100". PL PL
