Usuwanie osadu ze scian reaktora do syntezy glinokrzemianów Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób usuwania osadu ze scian reaktora do syntezy glinokrzemianów, zwlaszcza róznego rodzaju sit molekularnych. Podczas syntezy glinokrzemianów na scianach reaktora, mieszadle i innych czesciach aparatury gromadzi sie osad, który utrudnia wymiane ciepla, a niekiedy odpadajac platami zanieczyszcza wytworzony produkt. Osad reagujac z surowcami podczas syntezy glinokrzemianu moze powodo¬ wac zmiany w przebiegu krystalizagi i w efekcie wplywac w sposób niekontrolowany na jakosc produktu* Usuwanie takiego osadu w sposób znany polega na mechanicznym zdrapywaniu.Wedlug wynalazku w celu usuniecia osadu do reaktora wprowadza sie roztwór soli i/lub zasad metali alkalicznych, korzystnie chlorków lub azotanów potasu. Stezenie roztworu soli lub zasady stosuje sie w granicach 5 — 20% wagowych, w miare wzrostu stezenia soli skraca sie czas potrzebny na usuniecie osadu. Osady traktuje sie takimi roztworami w temperaturach 50—100° C uzyskujac odpadanie platów osadu od scian. Platy osadu ulegaja nastepnie latwo dalszemu rozdrobnieniu do konsystencji piasku, który latwo z reaktora usunac. PL PL

Zastrzezenie patentowe Sposób usuwania osadu ze scian reaktora do syntezy glinokrzemianów zwlaszcza sit molekularnych, znamienny tym, ze osad traktuje sie roztworem zawierajacym 5 - 20% soli i/lub zasad metali ziem alkalicznych, korzystnie chlorków i/lub azotanów potasu w temperaturach 50 — 100° C.
