Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zabawka zrecznosciowa w postaci siedzacego kota przeznaczona dla dzieci, która oprócz funkcji bawienia pelni tez role zabawki do cwiczen zrecznosciowych, wyrabiajacych u dzieci zrecznosc w trafianiu do okreslonego celu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac zabawki przejawiajaca sie w cechach ksztaltu i materialu, skladajaca sie z korpusu siedzacego kota, zamocowanej obrotowo z korpusem glowy kota i trzech pierscieniowych krazków przystosowanych do umieszczania na korpusie kota. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiony jest w trzech odmianach wykonania, przy czym poszczególne odmiany róznia sie kolorystyka wykonania ich czesci, jak nastepuje: 1) odmiana 1, to kot z korpusem i glowa w kolorze niebieskim i trzema pierscieniowymi krazkami, pierwszym w kolorze zielonym, drugim w kolorze czerwonym i trzecim w kolorze granatowym, 2) odmiana 2, to kot z korpusem i glowa w kolorze zóltym i trzema pierscieniowymi krazkami, pierwszym w kolorze zielonym, drugim w kolorze amarantowym i trzecim w kolorze fioletowym,3) odmiana 3, to kot z korpusem i glowa w kolorze zielonym i trzema pierscieniowymi krazkami, pierwszym w kolorze niebieskim, drugim w kolorze zóltym i trzecim w kolorze czerwonym. Zabawka wedlug istotnych cech wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w kazdej odmianie wykonania sklada sie ona z podstawowego wydrazonego korpusu wykonanego z tworzywa termoplastycznego, który ma postac siedzacego kota przedstawionego w sposób bajkowy. Korpus ten w czesci górnej, ma na plaskiej powierzchni wykonany otwór przystosowany do osadzania w nim glowy kota, która w czesci dolnej wyposazona jest w okragly trzpien do osadzania obrotowego w otworze korpusu. W sklad zabawki wchodza trzy pierscieniowe krazki o równej srednicy.Nastepna, istotna cecha wzoru przemyslowego stanowi budowa glowy kota, która w czesci czolowej ma osadzone wylupiaste przezroczyste galki oczne, pod którymi znajduja sie na bialych bialkach, czarne, okragle, ruchome zrenice. Miedzy oczami jest nos, a ponizej go uformowany jest zarys pyszczka kota. Budowa zabawki, wedlug jej uprzednio wymienionych charakterystycznych cech umozliwia ustawienie jej na dowolnym plaskim podlozu, a pierscieniowe krazki sluza do rzucania, w celu umieszczenia ich na korpusie kota, co stanowi atrakcyjna zabawkezrecznosciowa dla dzieci, a dodatkowym jej walorem jest to, ze glowa kota ma mozliwosc obrotu wzgledem jego korpusu. In addition to its play function, it also serves as a toy for dexterity exercises, developing children's dexterity in hitting a specific target. The subject of the industrial design is a new and unique toy, manifested in its shape and material characteristics, consisting of the body of a sitting cat, a head pivotally attached to the body, and three annular discs adapted to be placed on the cat's body. The subject of the design is presented in three variants, where the individual variants differ in the colours of their parts, as follows: 1) variant 1 is a cat with a blue body and head and three annular discs, the first in green, the second in red and the third in navy blue, 2) variant 2 is a cat with a yellow body and head and three annular discs, the first in green, the second in magenta and the third in purple, 3) variant 3 is a cat with a green body and head and three annular discs, the first in blue, the second in yellow and the third in red. The industrial design constituting a toy in the form of a sitting cat is presented in the attached illustration in the form of a photograph, in which photo 1 shows, in perspective, the 2nd variant of the design in the form of a sitting cat with three annular discs placed on the body, and photo 2 is a collective illustration and shows, in perspective, three variants of the utility design in the form of sitting cats with three annular discs placed on the body, each set in a different colour, as follows: illustration 2.1 shows 1st variant of the design, illustration 2.2 shows 2nd variant of the design and illustration 2.3 shows 3rd variant of the design. Additionally, to illustrate the toy's structure and the essential parts it comprises, these parts are shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cat's head, Fig. 2 the upper part of the cat's body, and Figs. 3 to 5 each of the three annular discs in perspective. According to the essential features of the industrial design, the toy is characterized in that in each variant, it consists of a basic, hollow body made of thermoplastic material, which takes the form of a sitting cat depicted in a cartoon style. This body, in its upper part, has a flat opening adapted to accommodate the cat's head, which in its lower part is equipped with a circular pin for rotational mounting in the body's opening. The toy consists of three annular discs of equal diameter. Another significant feature of the industrial design is the structure of the cat's head, which has bulging, transparent eyeballs embedded in the forehead, beneath which are black, round, movable pupils on the white whites. Between the eyes is a nose, and below it is the outline of a cat's muzzle. On either side of the sitting cat's body are the cat's hind legs, while in the front, the front legs are visible, connecting with the hind legs. At the rear, the cat's tail is formed, adhering to the body and extending almost to its top, while the lower part of the body is flat. The toy is also characterized by the fact that each of the parts: the body, the cat's head, and the three annular discs, are molded from thermoplastic as a monolith. The characteristic features of the individual varieties are that they are formed as different color sets, and so on: - variety 1, a cat with a blue body and head and three ring-shaped discs, the first in green, the second in red and the third in navy blue, - variety 2, a cat with a yellow body and head and three ring-shaped discs, the first in green, the second in magenta and the third in purple, - variety 3, a cat with a green body and head and three ring-shaped discs, the first in blue, the second in yellow and the third in red. The toy's construction, based on its previously mentioned characteristics, allows it to be placed on any flat surface. The ring-shaped discs are used for throwing and then placing them on the cat's body, making it an attractive dexterity toy for children. An additional benefit is that the cat's head can rotate relative to its body. Furthermore, for preschool children, the toy plays a role in eye-hand coordination and develops spatial orientation, as well as color discrimination and counting.
