Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zabawka dla dzieci, która oprócz funkcji zabawki, pelni tez role zabawki do cwiczen zrecznosciowych, wyrabiajacej u dzieci zrecznosc w trafieniu do okreslonego celu. Zabawka wedlug istotnych cech wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawiona jest na zalaczonej ilustracji w postaci fotografii, z których fig. 1 pokazuje kompletna postac wzoru, a fig. 2 wzór przemyslowy w postaci rozlozonej to jest, kazda jego czesc uwidoczniona jest osobno. Wzór przemyslowy pokazany na fig. 1 i 2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac zabawki zlozonej z figurki w ksztalcie slonia oraz trzech pierscieniowychkrazków, przy czym cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze slon uksztaltowany jest w pozycji siedzacej, z opartymi o podloze tylnymi nogami, z glowa i traba uniesiona ku górze w nieregularnej linii lukowej i przednimi nogami skierowanymi poziomo do przodu, a na uniesionej ku górze trabie i glowie slonia umieszczone sa luzno i rozlacznie trzy pierscieniowe krazki o jednakowej srednicy, z których dolny opiera sie o przednie nogi i tulów slonia. Poza tym slon charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na grzbiecie ma derke zakonczona okraglymi ozdobami, zachodzaca czesciowo na jego glowe. Dalszymi istotnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze siedzacy slon uksztaltowany jest z tworzywa termoplastycznego jako jeden monolit, w jednym kolorze, kontrastujacym z kolorowymi, pierscieniowymi krazkami, z których kazdy uformowany jest tez jako monolit w innym kolorze. Najbardziej korzystna wersja zestawu kolorów, wedlug cech wzoru, pokazana na fig. 1 i 2 jest wersja, w której siedzacy slon jest barwy zóltej z bialymi bialkami i czarnymi zrenicami, a trzy pierscieniowe krazki, odpowiednio kazdy z nich, sa barwy chabrowej, czerwonej i zielonej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac zabawki, której czesc podstawowa stanowiaca figurke slonia moze byc ustawiona na dowolnym plaskim podlozu, a pierscieniowe krazki sluza do rzucania, w celu ich umieszczenia na wystajacej trabie, co stanowi atrakcyjna zabawke zrecznosciowa dla dzieci. Poza tym zabawka, w przypadku dzieci przedszkolnych, pelni role koordynacji wzrokowo-ruchowej i cwiczy u dziecka zmysl orientacji przestrzennej, jak równiez uczy rozrózniania barw i liczenia.Uksztaltowanie poszczególnych czesci zabawki z tworzywa termoplastycznego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego jej odtwarzania w produkcji masowej. The subject of the industrial design is a children's toy that, in addition to its function as a toy, also serves as a toy for dexterity exercises, developing children's dexterity in hitting a specific target. The toy, in accordance with the essential features of the industrial design, is presented in the attached illustration in the form of photographs, of which Fig. 1 shows the complete design, and Fig. 2 shows the industrial design in an unfolded form, i.e., each part is shown separately. The industrial design shown in Figures 1 and 2 is characterized by its form as a toy consisting of an elephant figurine and three annular discs. The essential features of the industrial design are that the elephant is seated, with its hind legs resting on the ground, its head and trunk raised upward in an irregular arc, and its front legs directed horizontally forward. Three annular discs of equal diameter are loosely and detachably placed on the elephant's raised trunk and head, the lower one resting on the elephant's front legs and trunk. Furthermore, the elephant is characterized by a blanket on its back, topped with circular decorations, partially overlapping its head. Other significant features of the industrial design include the fact that the seated elephant is molded from a thermoplastic material as a single monolith, in a single color, contrasting with colored, annular disks, each of which is also molded as a monolith in a different color. The most advantageous color combination, according to the design features, shown in Figures 1 and 2, is the version in which the seated elephant is yellow with white eye whites and black pupils, and the three annular disks, each of which is cornflower blue, red, and green, respectively. The subject of the industrial design is an original toy figure whose base, an elephant figure, can be placed on any flat surface, and the annular disks are used for throwing, in order to be placed on the protruding trunk, creating an attractive skill toy for children. In addition, for preschool children, the toy plays a role in eye-hand coordination and exercises the child's sense of spatial orientation, as well as teaching color discrimination and counting.
