Inna istotna cecha wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze powierzchnia boczna zyrafy przyozdobiona jest kolorowymi nalepkami imitujacymi cetki na skórze zyrafy, a glowa posiada biale okragle wglebienia z zrenica, sta- nowiace stylizowane bajkowe oko, zas stylizowane uszy i wyrostki kostne maja postac plaskiej plytki uformowanej z tworzywa w ksztalcie pólkoli- stego wycinku z trapezowym wycieciem w czesci dolnej oraz prostokat-nym wycieciem w czesci górnej z którego uformowane sa ku górze, usytu- owane symetrycznie plaskie wystepy zakonczone kulkami. Poszczególne czesci zabawki, jak zyrafa, plytka imitujaca uszy i wystepy kostne, nalepki oraz trzy pierscieniowe krazki charakteryzuja sie tym, ze wykonane sa w róznym zestawie kolorystycznym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac zabaw- ki, która moze byc ustawiona na dowolnym plaskim podlozu, a pierscie- niowe krazki sluza do rzucania, w celu umieszczenia ich na szyi zyrafy, co stanowi atrakcyjna zabawke zrecznosciowa dla dzieci. Poza tym zabawka, w przypadku dzieci przedszkolnych, pelni role koordynacji wzrokowo-ruchowej i cwiczy u dziecka zmysl orientacji prze- strzennej, jak równiez uczy rozrózniania barw i liczenia. Uksztaltowanie poszczególnych czesci zabawki z tworzywa termo- plastycznego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego jej odtwarzania w produkcji ma- sowej. In addition to its play function, it also serves as a toy for dexterity exercises, developing children's dexterity in hitting a specific target. The subject of the industrial design is a new and unique toy form, characterized by its shape and material, suitable for mass production. The industrial design, consisting of a toy in the form of a giraffe, is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the toy in a perspective view, partially from the front and side, and Fig. 2 shows the toy disassembled into its individual components. Additionally, in order to illustrate the details of the shape of the giraffe toy and its colors, it is shown in a perspective view in the photograph, partially from the side and from the front. The giraffe toy shown in the drawing and photograph, according to the essential features of the industrial design, is characterized by the fact that it consists of a figure in a shape similar to a giraffe in its upper part and body, containing in its lower part a tail connected to a base, representing legs connected as one monolith in two pairs at the front and back, ending with a flat surface, and three annular discs placed loosely and detachably on the giraffe's neck, each disc having the same outer and inner diameter, and the inner diameter of each disc being slightly greater than the length of the giraffe's head, measured horizontally. Other significant features of the industrial design are that the giraffe is formed from a thermoplastic material as a single monolith in a single color, with the exception of the stylized ears and bony protrusions on the head, which constitute a separate part pressed into the head slot, with each annular disc also formed from a thermoplastic material as a monolith in a different color. Another significant feature of the industrial design is that the giraffe's lateral surface is decorated with colorful stickers imitating the spots on its skin, and the head has white circular indentations with a pupil, forming a stylized fairy-tale eye. The stylized ears and bony protrusions are formed as a flat plate molded from plastic in the shape of a semicircular segment with a trapezoidal cutout in the lower section and a rectangular cutout in the upper section, from which upwardly symmetrically arranged flat protrusions with ball ends are formed. Individual parts of the toy, such as the giraffe, the plate imitating the ears and bony protrusions, the stickers, and the three annular discs, are characterized by their different color schemes. The industrial design is an original toy that can be placed on any flat surface. The ring-shaped discs are used for throwing and then placing them on the giraffe's neck, making it an attractive dexterity toy for children. Furthermore, for preschool children, the toy helps develop hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness, as well as teaches color recognition and counting. The thermoplastic shape of the toy's individual parts allows for multiple reproductions in mass production.
