Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maskotka w postaci fantazyjnie uksztaltowanej, stylizowanej figurki ptaka, imitujacego gryfa. Maskotka moze spelniac funkcje zabawki, przytulanki, a takze, przede wszystkim, gadzetu reklamowego. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter przedmiotu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i barwie. Znane sa powszechnie maskotki i zabawki majace postac róznych zwierzat, ptaków, odzwierciedlajace prawdziwa ich budowe lub fantazyjnie stylizowane. Sluza one jako zabawki, przytulanki dla dzieci badz tez jako gadzety czy bibeloty reklamowe. Maskotka wedlug wzoru ma postac fantazyjnie stylizowanej, imitujacej gryfa, figurki ptaka w pozycji stojacej. Figurka ma dwie nogi w ksztalcie walca, zwezajace sie ku dolowi i zakonczone duzymi stopami wyposazonymi w trzy krótkie palce zakonczone pazurami. Nogi barwy czerwonej, zas pazury barwy zóltej. Tulów - barwy niebieskiej - ma ksztalt zblizony do lekko splaszczonego walca, od którego, w górnej czesci, na boki odchodza dwie lapki. Z tylu w dolnej czesci tulowia usytuowany jest ogonek przypominajacy kurza lapke, w ksztalcie trójkata zakonczonego trzema zaokraglonymi, trójkacikami. Ogonek na wierzchu jest barwy czerwonej, pod spodem barwy niebieskiej. Nad ogonkiem, w górnej czesci tulowia znajduja sie dwa skrzydelka w ksztalcie grzebienia o trzech zaokraglonych zabkach. Skrzydelka koloru niebieskiego. Z przodu, na styku nóg i tulowia oraz w srodkowej czesci lewej lapy przymocowane sa petelki sluzace do zamocowania proporczyka, choragiewki lub innego elementu. Glowa maskotki oddzielona jest od tulowia kryza imitujaca pióra ptaka. Glowa koloru czerwonego, kryza na wierzchu barwy czerwonej, pod spodem barwy niebieskiej. Na srodku glowy, wcentralnym miejscu, duzy, haczykowaty dziób, skladajacy sie z dwóch elementów, barwy zóltej, zas pomiedzy nimi umieszczony jest czerwony jezyczek. Powyzej dziobu, po obu jego stronach owalne oczy koloru bialego z czarna obwódka i czarnymi zrenicami. Na czubku glowy otwarta, korona o pieciu trójkatnych, zaokraglonych szpicach. Korona barwy zóltej. Ponizej, w tylnej czesci, po obu stronach korony, dwoje sterczacych, spiczastych uszu. Uszy z przodu barwy niebieskiej, z tylu barwy czerwonej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia maskotke w widoku perspektywicznym oraz dla lepszego zobrazowania cech istotnych wzoru, na fotografiach, na których fig.2 przedstawia maskotke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 przedstawia maskotke w widoku z boku, fig.4 przedstawia w widoku z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie i kolorystyce maskotki. Poszczególne elementy maskotki, nogi, tulów, glowa maja charakterystyczne oble ksztalty, zas elementy charakterystyczne dla postaci gryfa, takie jak dziób, korona, pazury i kryza maja ksztalt trójkatów o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach. The mascot can function as a toy, a cuddly toy, and, above all, an advertising gadget. The novelty and individual character of the item based on the industrial design are evident in its shape and color. Mascots and toys in the form of various animals and birds, reflecting their true structure or fancifully stylized, are widely known. They serve as toys, cuddly toys for children, or as advertising gadgets or trinkets. The mascot, according to the design, takes the form of a fancifully stylized bird figurine imitating a griffin, standing. The figurine has two cylindrical legs, tapering towards the bottom and ending in large feet equipped with three short toes and claws. The legs are red, and the claws are yellow. The body, blue, is shaped like a slightly flattened cylinder, from which, at the top, two paws extend out to the sides. At the lower back of the body is a tail resembling a chicken's foot, shaped like a triangle topped with three rounded triangles. The tail is red on top, blue underneath. Above the tail, at the top of the body, are two comb-shaped wings with three rounded prongs. The wings are blue. Loops are attached to the front, at the junction of the legs and body, and to the middle of the left paw, for attaching a pennant, flag, or other element. The mascot's head is separated from the body by a ruff imitating the bird's feathers. The head is red, with a red ruff on top and blue underneath. In the center of the head, in the center, is a large, hooked beak, consisting of two yellow elements, with a red tongue between them. Above the beak, on either side are oval white eyes with black rims and black pupils. On the top of the head is an open crown with five triangular, rounded peaks. The crown is yellow. Below, at the back, on either side of the crown, are two protruding, pointed ears. The ears are blue at the front and red at the back. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the mascot in a perspective view, and to better illustrate the design's essential features, in photographs, where Fig. 2 shows the mascot in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the mascot in a side view, and Fig. 4 shows the front view. The essential features of the industrial design are reflected in the mascot's characteristic shape and colors. Individual elements of the mascot—the legs, torso, and head—have characteristic rounded shapes, while elements characteristic of a griffin, such as the beak, crown, claws, and ruff, have the shape of triangles with rounded tops.
