Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest postument gipsowy z wizerun- kiem papieza. Postument jest stosowany jako artykul dewocjonalny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidu- alny charakter postac wytworu lub jego czesci, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, material wytworu oraz jego ornamentacje. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w tym, ze postument gipsowy po srodku od przodu ma wyzlobiony wklesly wizeru- nek glowy papieza i posiada podstawe w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopad- loscianu ze sciankami bocznymi posiadajacymi elewacje w postaci tynku ozdobnego, z widocznymi w czesci przedniej prostokatnymi otworami i wybrzuszeniem w linii szyjnej, w której znajduje sie okragly otwór do osadzenia elementu oswietleniowego w postaci podgrzewacza swieczko- wego, na której to podstawie posadowione sa okragle czteiy kolumny z li- niami biegnacymi skosnie, nad którymi znajduje sie trójkatne zadaszenie z pokryciem dachowym w ksztalcie dachówki, osadzone na stropie postu- mentu z widoczna elewacja w ksztalcie cegiel. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia postument z wizerunkiem w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w rzucie perspektywicznym z lewej strony, fig.3 - w rzucie pers- pektywicznym z prawej strony.Postument w kolorze jasnym stanowi podstawa na której osadzone sa czte- ry kolumny z pelnymi trzema scianami oraz sciana przednia w której po srodku znajduje sie wyzlobiony wklesly wizerunek glowy papieza oraz trójkatne zadaszenie postumentu osadzone na stropie postumentu. Podsta- wa posiada ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu ze sciankami bocznymi posiadajacymi elewacje w postaci tynku ozdobnego, z widocznymi w czes- ci przedniej i na scianach bocznych prostokatnymi otworami, jak pokazano na fig. 1, 2 i 3. Podstawa w czesci przedniej na linii szyjnej posiada lukowe wybrzuszenie z elewacja tynku ozdobnego, w której znajduje sie okragly otwór do osadzenia elementu oswietleniowego w postaci podgrzewacza swiecowego. Kolumny posiadaja elewacje w postaci linii biegnacych skos- nie, nad którymi znajduje sie trójkatne zadaszenie z pokryciem dachowym w ksztalcie dachówki, osadzone na stropie postumentu z elewacja w ksztal- cie cegiel, jak pokazano na fig. 1,2,3. Tylna scianka postumentu ma powierzchnie gladka umozliwiajaca mocowanie równiez postumentu z wi- zerunkiem na scianie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi postument gipsowy w kolo- rze jasnym skladajacy sie z podstawy na której osadzone sa cztery kolum- ny z pelnymi trzema scianami oraz sciana przednia, w której po srodku znajduje sie wyzlobiony wklesly wizerunek glowy papieza oraz trójkatne zadaszenie postumentu osadzone na stropie postumentu, przy czym pod- stawa posiada ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu ze sciankami boczny- mi posiadajacymi elewacje w postaci tynku ozdobnego, z widocznymi w czesci przedniej i na scianach bocznych prostokatnymi otworami i posiada w czesci przedniej w linii szyjnej lukowe wybrzuszenie z elewacja z tynku ozdobnego, w której znajduje sie okragly otwór do osadzenia elementuoswietleniowego w postaci podgrzewacza swiecowego, a kolumny posia- daja elewacje w postaci linii biegnacych skosnie, nad którymi znajduje sie zadaszenie dachowe w ksztalcie dachówki, osadzone na stropie postumentu z elewacja w ksztalcie cegiel.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a plaster pedestal with the image of the Pope. The subject of an industrial design is a new and individual form of a product or its part, given it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors, material of the product and its ornamentation. The novelty and originality of the industrial design is reflected in the fact that the gypsum pedestal in the center from the front has a carved concave image of the pope's head and has a base in a shape similar to a rectangular wall with side walls with decorative plaster facades, with visible in the front part rectangular openings and a bulge in the neck line, in which there is a round opening for mounting the lighting element in the form of a candle heater, on which base there are round four columns with diagonal lines, over which there is a triangular roof with roofing material in the shape of a tile, set on the ceiling of the post with a visible facade in the shape of bricks. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the photograph, in which fig. 1 - shows the pedestal with the image in the front view, fig. 2 - in perspective view from the left, fig. 3 - in perspective view from the right side. The bright one is the base on which the four columns with full three walls are mounted and the front wall with a carved concave image of the Pope's head in the middle and the triangular roof of the pedestal mounted on the pedestal ceiling. The base has a rectangular shape with side walls with decorative plaster facades, with visible rectangular openings in the front part and side walls, as shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 3. Base in the front part at the neck line it has an arched bulge with a decorative plaster facade, in which there is a round hole for mounting a lighting element in the form of a candle heater. The columns have diagonal line facades over which there is a triangular roof with a tile-shaped roof, set on the pedestal ceiling with a brick-shaped facade, as shown in Figs. 1,2,3. The back wall of the pedestal has a smooth surface, which enables the mounting of the pedestal with a view to the wall. The essential features of the industrial design are a light-colored gypsum pedestal consisting of a base on which are mounted four columns with full three walls and a front wall with a carved concave image of the Pope's head in the center and a triangular roof of the pedestal mounted on the ceiling pedestal, the base having a shape similar to a cuboid with side walls with facades in the form of decorative plaster, with visible rectangular openings in the front part and on the side walls, and with an arched bulge in the neck line in the neck line with a decorative plaster facade , in which there is a round opening for mounting the lighting element in the form of a candle heater, and the columns have diagonally running facades, above which there is a tile-shaped roof, set on the pedestal ceiling with a brick-shaped facade. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 EN
