Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest postument gipsowy z wizerun- kiem Chrystusa stosowany jako artykul dewocjonalny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidu- alny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, material wytworu oraz jego orna- mentacje. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w tym, ze postument gipsowy w kolorze jasnym posiada podstawe o zarysie zewne- trznym w ksztalcie litery „U" z elewacja w postaci tynku ozdobnego, która w górnej plaszczyznie o gladkiej fakturze powierzchni posiada wybranie o ksztalcie zblizonym do paraboli z poglebionym okraglym otworem w czesci przedniej na osadzenie elementu oswietleniowego w postaci pod- grzewacza swiecowego oraz wsparta na podstawie postumentu okragla czasze, na której po srodku w czesci przedniej ma wyzlobiony wklesly wizerunek glowy Chrystusa z korona cierniowa na tle krzyza o powierzch- ni gladkiej, przy czym fragmenty przestrzeni pomiedzy ramionami krzyza sa wypukle i posiadaja fakture powierzchni w postaci tynku ozdobnego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia postument z wizerunkiem w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w rzucie perspektywicznym z lewej strony, fig.3 - w rzucie perspe- ktywicznym z prawej strony.Postument z wizerunkiem Chrystusa stanowi podstawa o zarysie zewnetrz- nym w ksztalcie litery „U" z elewacja w postaci tynku ozdobnego w kolo- rze jasnym, która w górnej plaszczyznie o gladkiej fakturze powierzchni posiada wybranie o ksztalcie zblizonym do paraboli z poglebionym okrag- lym otworem w czesci przedniej na osadzenie elementu oswietleniowego w postaci podgrzewacza swiecowego. Na podstawie postumentu wsparta jest okragla czasza, która po srodku w czesci przedniej ma wyzlobiony wklesly wizerunek glowy Chrystusa z korona cierniowa na tle krzyza o powierzch- ni gladkiej, przy czym fragmenty przestrzen i pomiedzy ramionami krzyza sa wypukle i posiadaja fakture powierzchni w postaci tynku ozdobnego, jak pokazano na fig. 1,2,3. Tylna sciana postumentu ma powierzchnie gladka umozliwiajaca mocowanie równiez na scianie. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi postument gipsowy w kolo- rze jasnym posiadajacy podstawe o zarysie zewnetrznym w ksztalcie litery „U" z elewacja w postaci tynku ozdobnego, która w górnej plaszczyznie o gladkiej fakturze powierzchni posiada wybranie o ksztalcie zblizonym do paraboli z poglebionym okraglym otworem w czesci przedniej na osadze- nie elementu oswietleniowego w postaci podgrzewacza swiecowego oraz wsparta na podstawie postumentu okragla czasze, na której po srodku w czesci przedniej ma wyzlobiony wklesle wizerunek glowy Chrystusa z ko- rona cierniowa na tle krzyza o powierzchni gladkiej, przy czym fragmenty przestrzeni pomiedzy ramionami krzyza sa wypukle i posiadaja fakture po- wierzchni w postaci tynku ozdobnego.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a plaster pedestal with an image of Christ used as a devotional item. The subject of the industrial design is a new and unique form of a product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The novelty and originality of the industrial design is demonstrated by the fact that the light-coloured plaster pedestal has a base with an external outline in the shape of the letter "U" with a facade in the form of decorative plaster, which in the upper surface with a smooth surface texture has a recess in the shape of a parabola with a deepened round hole in the front part for mounting a lighting element in the form of a candle warmer and a round bowl supported by the pedestal base, on which in the centre of the front part there is a carved concave image of the head of Christ with a crown of thorns against the background of a cross with a smooth surface, while fragments of the space between the arms of the cross are convex and have a surface texture in the form of decorative plaster. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the pedestal with the image in a front view, Fig. 2 - in a perspective view from the left side, Fig. 3 - in a perspective view from the right side. The pedestal with the image of Christ is a base with an external outline in the shape of the letter "U" with a facade in the form of decorative plaster in a light color, which in the upper plane with a smooth surface texture has a recess in the shape of a parabola with a deepened round hole in the front part for mounting a lighting element in the form of a candle heater. The pedestal base supports a round bowl, the front of which has a concave carved image of Christ's head with a crown of thorns against a smooth-surfaced cross, while the sections between the arms of the cross are convex and have a surface texture in the form of decorative plaster, as shown in Figs. 1, 2, and 3. The rear wall of the pedestal has a smooth surface, allowing it to be mounted on a wall.
