Description
Do reaktora wyposazonego w mieszadlo wlewa sie 8 litrów podchlorynu o zawartosci czyn¬ nego chloru 150 g/l i wodorotlenku sodu 20 g/l o^z 22 litry wody. Preparat ten nadaje sie do mycia i dezynfekcji róznego rodzaju sprzetu i urzadzen w przemysle spozyw- czym, a takze w niektórych innych galeziach gospodarki. PL PLThe stability of chlorine in the preparations obtained by the method according to the invention is very high, which can be seen from the following test results: Storage period in months 0 3 6 10 Content Preparation I 1.90 1.87 1.86 1.83 active Preparation II 2.24 2.15 2.12 - chlorine in Preparation III 1.19 1.18 1.15 percent Example: 64 kg of trisodium dodecahydrate are dried until obtaining dihydrate orthophosphate. 8 liters of hypochlorite containing 150 g / l of active chlorine and 20 g / l of sodium hydroxide with 22 liters of water are poured into a reactor equipped with a stirrer. After the liquid ingredients have been mixed, 33 kg of trisodium orthophosphate dihydrate are added with constant stirring, the temperature of the mixture should not exceed 70 ° C. After obtaining a homogeneous liquid mass, 14 kg of anhydrous sodium carbonate are introduced with constant stirring and, after re-mixing, 21 kg of ground sodium metasilicate pie-76 604 3 water. The homogeneous mass is poured into appropriate containers and, after solidification, it is ground on known devices used for this purpose. The obtained product has a crystalline form, easily dissolves in water and contains about 1.2% of active chlorine. This preparation is suitable for cleaning and disinfecting various types of equipment and devices in the food industry, as well as in some other branches of the economy. The addition of sodium metasilicate as a corrosion inhibitor allows the preparation to be used also for cleaning and disinfecting equipment and devices made of a material as sensitive to alkali as aluminum.
