Description

Pierwszenstwo Zgloszenie ogloszono: 26.02.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 30.09.1975 75224 KI. 37e, 11/22 MKP E04g 11/22 CZYTELNIA Urzedu Patentowego Twórcy wynalazku: Anatol Gierych, Stanislaw Nowak Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Osrodek Badawczo-Rozwojowy Bu¬ downictwa Wodno-Inzynieryjnego, Warszawa (Polska) Sposób slizgowego deskowania scian betonowych o zmiennej i znacz¬ nej grubosci i urzadzenia do stosowania tego sposobu Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób slizgowego deskowania scian betonowych o zmiennej i znacz¬ nej grubosci i urzadzenie do stosowania tego spo¬ sobu. 3) do ryglowania zapadek. 75 22475 224 PL PLPriority Application announced: February 26, 1973 Patent description was published: September 30, 1975 75224 KI. 37e, 11/22 MKP E04g 11/22 READING ROOM of the Patent Office Inventors: Anatol Gierych, Stanislaw Nowak Authorized by the provisional patent: Research and Development Center for Water and Engineering Construction, Warsaw (Poland) The method of sliding concrete wall formwork of variable and significant The subject of the invention is a method for sliding formwork of concrete walls of variable and considerable thickness and a device for using this method. It is known from the Polish patent No. 55534 to perform slide formwork of industrial buildings with the shape of a cylinder or converging shapes. In the construction of concrete retaining walls, walls of water structures, traditional wooden formwork or movable formwork, mainly of wood, are used so far. * The disadvantages of traditional formwork are the length of the construction cycle, which causes a large consumption of labor, including the scarce profession of carpenters and wood. The disadvantage of floating formwork is the need to clean, use a crane for each change of the formwork and frequent repairs. Typical sliding formwork with transverse frames and lifts are not suitable for the construction of walls of variable and greater thickness, especially the walls of water reservoirs at power plant construction. The object of the invention is such a solution for the use of sliding formwork that removes the above-described disadvantages of their use. This aim is achieved by the solution according to the invention. The method of lifting the boarding boards according to the invention consists in that instead of wooden boarding, solid boarding boards 2 stiffened with steel ribs are used, and is carried out simultaneously in groups of up to 10 boards with the use of a Mokowo-rope device 3 and 9, a winch 6 and external steel guides 1. The use of a latch 5 and a support (Fig. 3) do not allow the boarding boards to be raised higher than the intended size In accordance with the invention, it is possible to simultaneously make 12) linear meters of the wall using 80 boarding boards and 8 winches. and from external steel guides 1, small T-profiles, welded to the bolts 8 or the anchors set! in a concrete wall. The rafts can be joined 7 or combined with the reinforcement of a concrete wall, especially when the reinforcement is made in the form of skeletons. The steel formwork plates 2 stiffened with steel ribs, slightly inclined in relation to the surface of the concrete wall to be erected, are provided at the upper edge on each side with individual blocks 4 and pawls 5, which serve to limit the upward movement of the plate when lifting them. The rails 1 are equipped with supports (Fig. 3) for locking the latches. The sliding formwork method according to the invention will allow to shorten the concrete wall construction cycle by about 50% and to reduce the labor costs of the wall construction also in this height. 75 22 475 224 PL PL
