Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono schemacie na rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono butelke w widoku na powierzchnie glówna - boczna na fig. 2 przedstawiono butelke w widoku na powierzchnie górna zas na fig. 3 przedstawiono zarys dna - stopki. Poza tym przedstawiono butelke na fotografii. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego, wyrózniajacymi przedmiotowy wzór od innych butelek, jest jego ksztalt zewnetrzny, wzorowany na ksztalcie karabinka. Butelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesc przeznaczona na zawartosc, stanowia stylizowane czesci tego karabinka. I tak dolna strefa symbolizuje kolbe karabinka. Wysokosc stopki, a takze wysokosc kolby do komory zamkowej stanowi w przyblizeniu 0,25 wysokosci calej butelki. Srodkowa strefa butelki symbolizuje komore zamkowa z kablakiem spustu oraz magazynkiem w postaci dysku. Czesc górna symbolizuje lufe karabinka z elementami oslonowymi, majaca wysokosc w przyblizeniu równa 0,3 wysokosci calej butelki. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle, specifically designed for use as a container for high-quality alcohol. Known bottles for alcohol and other liquids are designed as a three-dimensional container with a typically cylindrical portion for the contents, closed at the bottom by a shaped bottom, transitioning at the top into a shaped neck, ending in a head with a thread for a cap. Bottles are also known whose portion for the contents has a shape determined by consumer requirements, fashion, and others, such as the shape of a grape or a column. Bottles are also known whose contents are roughly oval or elliptical in cross-section, with a prominent label area and distinctive elements such as coats of arms, crossbars, or other ornamentation. The bottle shown here, which is the subject of an industrial design, stands out from other bottles due to its shape. The external outline resembles a carbine. The bottom of the bottle is shaped like the foot of a flask. The lower part of the contents is shaped like a rifle stock; its middle part resembles the outer outline of the receiver with its molded surfaces, trigger cable, and disc-shaped magazine. Its upper part, which serves as the bottle's neck, resembles the outer outline of a barrel with a guard element and a knurled sleeve with a projection symbolizing a front sight. The neck ends with a threaded head. The bottle is made by blowing molten glass in glass molds individually on semi-automatic or automatic glass machines, preferably in a single shaping operation. The design is illustrated in the diagram in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a view of the main and side surfaces; Fig. 2 shows the bottle from a view of the top surface; and Fig. 3 shows the outline of the bottom and foot. The bottle is also photographed. The essential features of the industrial design, distinguishing this design from other bottles, are its external shape, modeled after a carbine. The bottle is characterized by the section intended for the contents being stylized parts of the carbine. The lower section symbolizes the carbine's stock. The height of the buttplate, as well as the height of the stock to the receiver, is approximately 0.25 times the height of the entire bottle. The middle section of the bottle symbolizes the receiver with the trigger cable and the disc-shaped magazine. The upper section symbolizes the carbine's barrel with protective elements, having a height of approximately 0.3 times the height of the entire bottle.
