Wyrób wedliniarski Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 21 kwietnia 2004r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób wedliniarski, przeznaczony do bezposredniej konsumpcji. Wyrób jest najsmaczniejszy do spozycia po podgrzaniu, szczególnie na grillu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz material. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - przedstawiajacym wyrób w formie pojedynczej w widoku ogólnym oraz na fotografii, fig. 2 . Fotografia, fig.2 - prezentuje wyrób wzestawie ulozonym na tacce, stanowiacym porcje przeznaczona do sprzedazy. Wyrób wedliniarski, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonany z rozdrobnionego miesa, umieszczonego w oslonce. Jest on uksztaltowany w formie lukowo wygietego walca, którego konce maja postac wycinka kuli. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze na bocznej powierzchni 1 znajduja sie naciecia 2, stylizujace rowki, utworzone na powierzchni wyrobu wedliniarskiego w wyniku zapiekania na ruszcie. „Olewnik-Bis" Anna Olewnik-Mikolaj ewska Pelnomocnik:Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since April 21, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a cold cut product intended for direct consumption. The product is most delicious when heated, especially on a grill. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, which shows a general view of the product, and in the photograph, Fig. 2. The photograph, Fig. 2, shows the product arranged on a tray, constituting a portion intended for sale. The cold cut product, according to the industrial design, is made of minced meat placed in a casing. It is shaped like an arc-shaped cylinder, the ends of which are shaped like a segment of a sphere. The significant features of the industrial design include notches 2 on the side surface 1, styling grooves created on the surface of the cold cut as a result of grilling.
