Wkladka posiada ksztalt pierscie¬ nia gumowego odpowiednich rozmiarów, wewnatrz próznego, w który wtlacza sie powietrze zapomoca zwyklej odpowied¬ niej pompki przez boczna rurke, tworza¬ ca jedna calosc z pierscieniem. Rurka jest zaopatrzona w zawór W, który po napom¬ powaniu powietrza do wnetrza wkladki zamyka sie. Wkladka tak przygotowana umieszcza sie luzno w bucie pod pieta; po¬ wieksza ona elastycznosc stapania i zabez¬ piecza piete od tworzenia sie na niej zgru¬ bienia skóry.
