Podstawa kablaka posiada przelotowy otwór do mocowania uchwytu do podwozia pojazdu. 1 pokazuje widok akso- nometryczny uchwytu mocujacego, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4 ukazuja uchwyt mocujacy w rzutach odpowiednio z przodu z góry i z boku oraz fig. 5 ilustruje uchwyt mocujacy zamontowany do podluznicy. Ucha 3 obu ramion 2 skierowane sa ku sobie i kazde posiada otwór 4 do zamo- cowania uchwytu do ramy zabudowy 7. W centralnej czesci podstawy 1 wykonany jest otwór mocu- jacy 6, do zamocowania uchwytu do podwozia pojazdu. Na tylnej krawedzi podstawy 1, prostopadle do osi uchwytu, znajduje sie zakladka wzmacniajaca 5 zagieta ku górze. Znajduje sie ona w jednej plasz- czyznie z uchami 3. PL PL PL PL EN 72 428 Y1 2 Description of the model The subject of the utility model is a mounting bracket intended to connect the bodywork frame to the vehicle chassis. A fixture for attaching a vehicle body to its chassis is known, in the form of an assembly consisting of two parts joined together by a welding method. One part is a cube with a rectangular base and opposing arms extending from the base at a right or obtuse angle. The base of the cable has a through hole for attaching the holder to the vehicle's chassis. The rear edge of the base and the rear edges of the arms are located in one rear plane of the cable. Along these rear edges, a second part is welded to the cable in the form of a metal plate, which forms the rear wall of the handle in a rectangular or trapezoidal shape with a longer base at the top. The rear wall of the handle has through holes for screwing it to the body frame. Such grips have a high mass, which is very disadvantageous in truck bodies, especially in those with a maximum permissible weight of up to 3.5 t, where every kilogram is important. Another problem is the laboriousness of the production of welded lugs, which requires special welding equipment and the use of appropriate welding methods, preferably at robotic stations. This allows to obtain the highest possible repeatability of the process, which is not always properly supervised in manual welding. Another problem is the contamination of the site and the difficult working conditions of welders due to the emission of dust and fumes to the environment. Mounting holder, according to the utility model, having the shape of a cable having a rectangular base with a through hole and extending from this base, along the side edges with the arms bent outwards, with the rear edges of the arms and the rear edge of the base at one rear cable plane, characterized by the fact that each cable arm has an ear in the upper part with a central hole bent to the center at a right angle, along the rear edges of the arms, while the cable base has a reinforcing tab in the rear part bent upwards along the rear edge, in this way that the two ears and the reinforcing tab are placed in one rear plane of the cable, the fastening holder being made of one metal element. The advantage of the holder according to the utility pattern is that it is made of one piece, which simplifies its production, reduces labor consumption and allows you to avoid the welding process. The mounting bracket, according to the utility pattern, allows you to achieve a lower mass of the grip, which, with a large number of them, reduces the weight of the vehicle body itself. This will allow you to increase the weight of the transported goods. In addition, empty vehicles built with the use of brackets, which are the subject of the utility model, burn less fuel, thus emitting less harmful substances to the environment. By eliminating the welding step, the production of fixtures becomes less burdensome for the outdoors and for the workers. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the mounting fixture, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show the mounting fixture in top and side views, respectively, and Fig. 5 illustrates the mounting fixture. mounted to the chassis member. The fixing holder, according to the pattern, has the shape of a cable having a rectangular base 1 and extending from this base 1 along the edges of the side arms 3. The rear edges of the arms 3 and the rear edge of the base 1 are located in one rear plane of the cable. The width of the arms at the base 1 is equal to the side length of the base, but taper upwards, in such a way that the rear edges of the arms 2 and the base 1 are in the same plane, while the arms 2 achieve the shape of a trapezoid. On the rear edge of each of these arms 2, in its upper part, there is an eyelet 3 bent at a right angle. The lugs 3 of both arms 2 face each other and each has a hole 4 for attaching the holder to the bodywork frame 7. In the central part of the base 1, a mounting hole 6 is provided for securing the holder to the chassis of the vehicle. At the rear edge of the base 1, perpendicular to the axis of the handle, there is a reinforcing tab 5 bent upwards. It is located in one plane with the lugs 3. The handle is made of one metal element. The reinforcing tab 5, which, after mounting the handle, adheres to the frame (chassis member) of the structure 7, strengthens the structure of the handle. The holder is attached with two horizontal bolts 8 to the bodywork frame and one vertical bolt (in the holder axis) to the chassis frame. PL PL PL PL
