Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest uchwyt mocujący, który ma kształt kabłąka z rozwartymi ramionami (2) odchodzącymi od podstawy (1). Na tylnej krawędzi każdego z tych ramion (2), w górnej jego części, znajduje się odgięte pod kątem prostym ucho (3). Ucha (3) obu ramion (2), skierowane są ku sobie i każde posiada otwór (4) do zamocowania uchwytu do ramy zabudowy (7). W centralnej części podstawy (1) wykonany jest otwór mocujący (6), do zamocowania uchwytu do podwozia pojazdu. Na krawędzi tylnej podstawy (1), prostopadle do osi uchwytu, znajduje się zakładka mocująca (5) zagiętą ku górze wzdłuż tylnej krawędzi, w ten sposób że oba ucha (3) i zakładka wzmacniająca (5) znajdują się w jednej tylnej płaszczyźnie kabłąka.
