Description

1 przedstawia blat produkcyjny w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 przekrój A-A blatu z fig. 1. Blat produkcyjny stanowia baliki drewniane 1 skrecone ze soba srubami 2, których wszystkie powierzchnie pokryte sa warstwa jednorodnej i wodoodpornej powloki z poliuretanu – górnej 3 i dolnej 4, obie o grubosci 2,5–3 mm, gestosci ok. 1,1 kg/dm 3 i module sprezystosci ok. 750 N/mm, a ponadto szczeliny miedzy balikami drewnianymi 1 wypelnione sa poliuretanem, który tworzy miedzy tymi bali- kami drewnianymi 1 spoiny – mostki 5 o grubosci okolo 2,5 mm, zas caly blat jest okuty profilem ocyn- kowanym pólotwartym 6 o grubosci scianki co najmniej 2 mm. PL PL PL PL EN 72 138 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a production worktop, which is used as an important element in the manufacturing process of vibro-pressed concrete products. Production countertops participate in the technological cycle, from the forming process to the packaging process of finished concrete products. A concrete mix is placed on the surface of the countertops, which is transferred to the compaction process (vibropressing), which then goes to the maturation / drying process. Currently, in the production of vibro-pressed concrete elements, table tops made of wood or plywood are used. In the known tops made of wood, the boards are joined with a tongue and groove and glued together, and the structure of the top is additionally reinforced and stiffened with steel rods and fittings in the form of metal "U" profiles. The boards of the worktops are fastened with screws so that they do not slide apart during production. The tops are pre-impregnated. The surfaces of such countertops are exposed to an accelerated process of abrasion, as well as tearing individual wood fibers. The above-mentioned wear of the production table has a very negative impact on the quality of the vibro-pressed product, consisting in the so-called the outflows, which are formed on the finished concrete product in the bottom part, as a result of which, after packing several layers of paving stones, one on top of the other, during transport, the above-mentioned outflow wipes the top (face) layer of the paving stone, which is the most common reason for complaints. Moreover, when such a defective block is placed on the construction site, unevenness appears on the surface, as even a few millimeter outflows result in higher cubes compared to cubes without defects. This is another reason for complaining about the quality of the cube, the more bothering the manufacturer, because the cost of transporting and replacing the cube should be added to the cost of disassembling the defective cube. Currently, manufacturers of vibro-pressed concrete elements more and more often want to meet the trends on the construction market, choose a difficult product, but one that enjoys great demand, which is large-size concrete panels. In the case of this type of product, it is very important to have the smallest possible deflection of the production worktop, which cannot be guaranteed by a wooden, plywood or even steel worktop. According to the current state of knowledge, the parameters of currently available wooden production worktops are as follows: maximum deflection of the worktop - 3.5 mm at a length of 1 m for a load of 500 kg, and bending resistance - 42 MPa. Taking into account the above technological barriers, the necessity to make production worktops from wooden logs with significantly increased usability values, allowing to eliminate the currently occurring inconveniences was noticed. The production table top is made of wood, according to the utility pattern, characterized by the fact that the core of the table top is made of wooden logs twisted together with screws, all surfaces of which - the top and bottom - are covered with a layer of a uniform and waterproof polyurethane coating with a thickness of 2.5-3. mm, density approx. 1.1 kg / dm 3 and modulus of elasticity approx. 750 N / mm, and moreover, the gaps between the wooden logs are filled with polyurethane, which creates joints between the wooden logs - bridges with a thickness of approx. 2.5 mm and the entire table top is forged with a half-open galvanized profile with a wall thickness of at least 2 mm. The advantage of the utility model is the improvement of the performance parameters which are important from the point of view of the application of the product, that is; maximum deflection of the table top - 1.0 mm per 1 meter. at a thickness of 50 mm, as well as reducing the abrasion of the tabletop surface. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the production worktop in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the cross section AA of the worktop from Fig. homogeneous and waterproof polyurethane coating - upper 3 and lower 4, both 2.5-3 mm thick, density approx. 1.1 kg / dm 3 and modulus of elasticity approx. 750 N / mm, and also gaps between wooden logs 1 They are filled with polyurethane, which creates joints between these wooden bales 1 - bridges 5 with a thickness of about 2.5 mm, and the entire table top is forged with a half-open galvanized profile 6 with a wall thickness of at least 2 mm.
