PL 72 010 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest lacznik rynnowy przeznaczony do stosowania w wykona- nych z kompozycji nieplastyfikowanego polichlorku winylu (PVC) systemach odwadniania dachu, a takze balkonu, tarasu budynku i tym podobnych przekryc z rynna, której przednia krawedz wystaje przed plaszczyzne przekrycia. Wkladka blokujaca moze byc wykonana z kompozycji nieplastyfikowanego polichlorku winylu (PVC). Korzystnie, wkladka blokujaca wykonana z kompozycji nieplastyfikowanego polichlorku winylu (PVC) moze byc pogrubiona dla zwiekszenia jej sztywnosci, zwlaszcza w przypadku rynien o duzych szerokosciach (135 mm i wieksze). Wkladka blokujaca lacznika rynnowego wedlug wzoru moze miec pocienione lub sciete krawedzie boczne srodnika wkladki blokujacej lub ramion wkladki blokujacej: czo- lowego i tylnego dla zmniejszenia oporów w przeplywie wód deszczowych. W korzystnej postaci wzoru wkladka blokujaca moze miec grubosc scianki wieksza niz rynna. Szerokosc wkladki blokujacej co naj- mniej odpowiada szerokosci uszczelki. U wolnej krawedzi czolowego ramienia wkladki blokujacej moze byc przymocowany wywiniety do wewnatrz wkladki blokujacej uchwyt montazowy. Uchwyt ten ulatwia manewrowanie wkladka wewnatrz rynny i jej precyzyjne osadzenie. Wkladka blokujaca jest w procesie montazu systemu rynnowego wkladana do wczesniej osa- dzonej w laczniku rynnowym rynny u jej ujscia i zapierana na ramieniu czolowym i listwie montazowej ramienia tylnego rynny, co powoduje z jednej strony dokladne docisniecie rynny do lacznika u jego srodnika, a z drugiej strony rozparcie rynny i jej dokladne docisniecie do ramienia czolowego lacznika rynnowego oraz ramienia mocujacego lacznika rynnowego. Zastosowanie wkladki blokujacej zapewnia scisle przyleganie rynny do uszczelki lacznika rynnowego, jednoczesnie zas umozliwia suwanie sie tej rynny, podlegajacej odksztalceniom wskutek zmian temperaturowych w tym laczniku. Mozliwe jest w rozwiazaniu wedlug wzoru takze suwanie sie rynny wzgledem wkladki blokujacej. Rozwiazanie we- dlug wzoru moze byc stosowane dla rynien o róznych ksztaltach wulstwy i wykonczeniu ramienia tyl- nego (przysciennego) rynny. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL 72 010 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a gutter joint intended for use in roof drainage systems made of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC), as well as balconies, building terraces and the like to cover the gutter, the front edge of which protrudes in front of plane cover. Roof drainage systems made of plastics, especially unplasticized PVC, are relatively resistant to weather conditions, compared to metal gutters, but they undergo accelerated aging under the influence of sunlight, which results in a reduction in their impact resistance. Especially on highly sunny roofs, gutters made of PVC may deform over time. The way of connecting individual sections of gutters, corners and outlets affects the durability of the entire gutter system, regardless of the material from which it was made. On the one hand, due to the high thermal expansion of PVC, it is necessary to use compensating elements (sliding joints) to prevent the gutters from deforming under the influence of high temperature. On the other hand, this mobility of the gutter system is its undesirable feature, as the repeated sliding of the system's longitudinal elements (gutters, downspouts) may lead to its damage. The purpose of the solution according to the formula is to create a gutter connector made of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composition as easy to install and service as possible, and at the same time ensuring increased rigidity of the structure and resistance to deformation with the simultaneous application of a mechanism for compensating for system deformations under the influence of temperature changes. The solution according to the formula is a gutter connector made of a non-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composition having perforated assembly elements, a web and arms: front and fastening, where the front frame has at least two or a multiple of them on the inside, essentially symmetrically Mounting catches facing the inside of the coupler, having each arm terminated with a locking locking projection, and the fastening frame has at its edge at least two or a multiple of them, substantially symmetrically spaced locking tabs leading into the interior of the coupler and along the edge of each joint, and it is equipped with a blocking insert, the external dimensions of which correspond to the internal dimensions of the gutter trough. The locking insert may be made of a non-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composition. Advantageously, the locking insert made of the unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composition may be thicker to increase its stiffness, especially in the case of gutters with large widths (135 mm and above). The locking element of the gutter joint in a pattern may have thinned or truncated side edges of the blocking pad web or the front and rear locking pad arms to reduce resistance to the flow of rainwater. In a preferred embodiment of the pattern, the locking piece may have a wall thickness greater than the gutter. The width of the locking element is at least the same as that of the gasket. At the free edge of the front arm of the locking pad, the mounting bracket can be folded over to the inside of the locking pad. This handle facilitates maneuvering the insert inside the gutter and its precise seating. In the process of assembling the gutter system, the blocking insert is inserted into the gutter previously inserted in the gutter connector at its mouth and fastened on the front arm and the mounting strip of the rear gutter arm, which on the one hand causes the gutter to be tightly pressed against the gutter connector at its web, and on the other hand expanding the gutter and pressing it precisely against the front arm of the gutter joint and the mounting arm of the gutter joint. The use of a blocking insert ensures that the gutter adheres tightly to the gasket of the gutter joint, and at the same time allows the gutter to slide, subject to deformation due to temperature changes in the gutter joint. According to the formula, it is also possible to slide the gutter relative to the blocking insert. The solution according to the pattern can be used for gutters with different shapes of the layer and the finish of the back (wall) arm of the gutter. In another embodiment, the design at the mouths of the hook-shaped connector may be a gasket groove selected in the walls of the connector, which will be thickened opposite the groove to maintain their mechanical strength, with an interference-fit gasket in the groove. This seal is permanently attached to the connector, in particular it can be glued to it. EN 72 010 Y1 3 In another preferred embodiment, the pattern has a seal with an upper profile of the type U or E and the number of lips 2? 5. The use of flat gaskets in the solution according to the formula is not excluded. Increasing the pressure of the gutter to the hook-shaped connector in the solution, in line with the pattern, in the use of a blocking insert enables a relative reduction of the height of the upper profile of the seal and ensures a closer adherence of the gutter to the hook-shaped connector. The gutter connector can be a straight connector or a corner connector, the basin of which is broken at an angle of 90 °, or a drain connector having a drain funnel at the bottom of the basin. The gutter connector may have a semi-circular or U-shaped cross-section: rectangular, square or trapezoidal, and in this situation it may be equipped with an appropriately shaped locking insert. The object according to the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which the individual figures show: Fig. 1 a connector (the locking insert is not shown in the drawing), Fig. 2 a locking insert, Fig. 3 a hook fastener in a side view, Fig. 4 a hook fastener, gutter and fastening insert after assembly, in side view, Fig. 5 corner hook fastener, Fig. 6 drain hook fastener. In the detailed description of the design, the gutter connector A of the guttering made of a non-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composition has a rectangular cross-section and perforated assembly elements as well as a web 1 and arms: front 2 and fastening 3, where the front frame 2 has on the inner side two, symmetrically arranged, facing the inside of the gutter joint A, 4 ', 4' 'mounting catches, having each frame 5 ended with a falling locking tab 6, and the fastening frame 3 has two symmetrically arranged locking catches 7', 7 'at the edge 'joining the inside of the connector A and along the edge of each of the openings of the connector A a gasket 8', 8 '', and is equipped with a blocking insert 9, the external dimensions of which correspond to the internal dimensions of the gutter trough. The 8 ', 8' 'gasket is embedded in the 10', 10 '' gasket groove and is a gasket with an E-type upper profile and the number of lips 5. The blocking insert 9 has cut side edges so that its cross-section has the shape of a flat equilateral triangle. A mounting bracket 11 is attached at the free edge of the front arm of the blocking insert 9. In another form of the pattern, the gutter fastener according to the pattern is a corner fastener B, the trough of which is broken at an angle of 90 °. In another embodiment of the pattern, the patterned gutter fitting is a drain fitting C having a drain funnel at the bottom of the trough. PL PL PL PL PL PL
