Opis wzoruPattern description
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest złącze rynnowe narożne, stosowane w instalacji odprowadzającej wodę opadową z dachu budynku. The subject of the utility model is a corner gutter joint used in the installation draining rainwater from the roof of the building.
The gutter corner joint known from the Polish description of the utility model Ru 63442 has the form of a trough with a semicircular cross-section and a shape made of two straight sections connected at right angles through an arched section. At the ends of the straight sections, there are offset gutter seats with labyrinth seals glued in them, dimensionally adjusted to embrace the gutters from the outside. The front edges of the straight sections are turned upwards in a shape similar to the letter "C", and the rear edges are a straight section bent at an acute angle towards the inside of the trough. At both ends of the straight sections, each front and rear skirt is equipped with folding tabs that secure the gutters inserted into the joint seats. After inserting the ends of the gutters into the gutter sockets, the installation fitter performs manual actions, in turn: he bends the catch tabs behind the gutters' rear edges, and then, by pressing the front edge of the joint against the front edge of the gutters, he simultaneously bends the front tabs. The assembly operations performed with the force of fingers under working conditions at height are burdensome, especially since the tightness of the connection requires a sufficiently large force of pressing the gutter against the connector seal. The corner gutter joint according to the present utility model has a structure similar to the solution described above. The essence of the utility model consists in the fact that the rear rim latch tabs have ends bent into lugs that enclose the rear edge of the gutter, while the front rim retaining tabs have openings located directly in front of the front edge of the gutter. This solution significantly improves the assembly of the joint, which, after hooking it with the lugs on the rear edge of the gutter, is then leveraged and fastened with a short, round rod inserted into the opening of the catching tab of the front rim. Swiveling the longer, upper arm of the bar towards the inside of the gutter causes the lower end of the bar to lean against the edge of the gutter's rim and against the edge of the opening in the catch tongue - first, the rim of the connector is pulled over the gutter's rim, and in the later phase of pivoting, the tab is bent over the edge of the gutter rim. With a simple, low-effort operation, the required pressure of the joint seal against the gutter is obtained, and as a result, a tight, durable and rigid connection between the gutter and the joint is obtained. A corner joint with the features of a utility model can be made in a form adapted to external and internal development. These forms differ in the location of the front rim of the straight sections: in the external design, the front rims lie on the extension of the longer side of the arcuate section, and in the inner version of the shorter side. The lugs with holes are always located at the end of the front perimeter, furthest from the roof. In further embodiments, the corner joints according to the pattern have two catch tongues on each front and rear flanges, the bending of which increases the fixation of the gutter in the joint seat. This solution is also used in the form of a pattern adapted to the outer and inner corners.
