Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa postac elementów stanowiska, poprzez oryginal- ne uksztaltowanie i kolorystyke scianek zewnetrznych z witrynami, powierzchni i linii przenikania oraz wpasowanie w calosc blatu obslugi klienta. Stanowisko sklada sie z podstawy, na której umieszczone sa parami naprzeciw sie- bie scianki z witrynami, powiazane ze soba w górnej czesci krzyzem, korzystnie meta- lowym. Wyznaczaja one wewnetrzna przestrzen stanowiska dla klienta i sprzedawcy, który od wewnatrz ma dostep do witryn. W centrum tej powierzchni umieszczony jest blat z szafka, a nad nim komin, w którym moze byc umieszczone oswietlenie stanowi- ska. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia scianek jest w kolorze czarnym, a komin w kolorze jasno niebieskim. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmio- towego wzoru uwidoczniono w sposób pelny na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Stanowisko sprzedazy uwidoczniono na jysunkach, które ukazuja: fig. 1 - rzut z góry, fig. 2 - widok z rogu, fig. 3 - widok ukosem z góry, oraz na fotografiach. Przyklad wykonania stoiska pokazano na fig. 1, gdzie scianki 2 umieszczone sa na podstawie i parami naprzeciw siebie. W kazdej sciance 2 umieszczona jest oswietlona witryna 3, dostepna od wnetrza stanowiska. Scianki 2 powiazane sa ze soba w górnej czesci metalowym krzyzem 4, wykonanym z ksztaltownika o zamknietym profilu. Wcentrum powierzchni stanowiska umieszczona jest szafka z blatem 6 i stolkami. Nad stoiskiem góruje komin 5 ze znakiem wlasciciela. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia scianek 2 jest w kolorze czarnym, a komin 5 jest w kolorze jasno niebieskim. Komin jest pod- swietlony i kieruje oswietlenie na blat stoiska. Elementy stanowiska wykonane w postaci wzoru, wyznaczone zastrzeganymi ce- chami istotnymi, nadaja bryle stanowiska nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Kombinacje ko- lorystyczne ukazano na fotografiach. The industrial design is for a new and original sales stand. The aesthetic effect is achieved by the new form of the stand's elements, through the original shape and color of the external walls with display cases, surfaces, and penetration lines, as well as by integrating them into the overall customer service counter. The stand consists of a base on which pairs of opposite walls with display cases are placed, connected at the top by a cross, preferably metal. These define the interior space of the stand for the customer and the salesperson, who has access to the display cases from the inside. In the center of this space is a counter with a cabinet, and above it, a chimney, which can accommodate the stand's lighting. The external surface of the walls is black, and the chimney is light blue. The industrial design work that defines the essence of the design in question is fully illustrated in the drawings, which form an integral part of the application and, along with the design description, illustrate the features essential for the claimed legal protection. The sales stand is illustrated in the drawings, which show: Fig. 1 – top view, Fig. 2 – corner view, Fig. 3 – oblique top view, and in photographs. An example of the stand design is shown in Fig. 1, where walls 2 are placed on a base and face each other in pairs. Each wall 2 contains an illuminated display case 3, accessible from inside the stand. The walls 2 are connected at the top by a metal cross 4, made of a closed-profile section. In the center of the stand is a cabinet with a countertop 6 and stools. A chimney 5 with the owner's logo towers over the stand. The outer surface of walls 2 is black, and chimney 5 is light blue. The chimney is illuminated and directs the light onto the stand counter. The elements of the stand, made in the form of a pattern, designated by the claimed essential features, give the stand a new and original appearance. The color combinations are shown in the photographs. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A sales stand, characterized in that on the base there are pairs of opposite walls with display cases, as shown in Fig. 1. 2. A stand according to claim 1, characterized in that the walls with display cases are connected in the upper part by a cross, preferably made of metal. 3. A stand according to claim feature 1 or 2, characterized in that in the centre of the surface defined by the walls there is a counter with a cabinet and a chimney above it. 4. A stand according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the display cases penetrate through the walls from the outside to the inside of the stand, as shown in photo 1. 5. A stand according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the outer surface of the walls is black, as shown in photo 2. 6. A stand according to claim 3, characterized in that the chimney is light blue, as shown in photo 2. 7.
