Description

PL 71 306 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest lacznik profili, zwlaszcza moskitiery, w której stanowi on glównie lacznik naroznikowy. Rozwiazanie to znacznie utrudnia, a cza- sem uniemozliwia montaz naroznika w profilu ramki. 1 przed- stawia lacznik profili w postaci naroznika w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 2 przedstawia lacznik profili w postaci naroznika z wybraniami technologicznymi, natomiast fig. 3 przedstawia element wypukly lacz- nika w widoku z góry. Lacznik 1 w postaci naroznika, w którym ma dwa fragmenty 3 wciskane do wewnetrza profili 2. We wciskanych fragmentach 3 tego lacznika wystepuja wypukle elementy 4, pod którymi znajduje sie pusta przestrzen 5 umozliwiajaca sprezyste odksztalcenie wypuklych elementów pod wplywem wsuwa- nych profili 2. Grubosc pustych przestrzeni 5 stanowi 300% wysokosci h wypuklego elementu 4 ponad wewnetrzna linie bazowa 6 profilu 2. Wypukle elementy maja ksztalt owalny. Lacznik naroznikowy laczy profile prostopadle. PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 71 306 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a profile connector, especially a mosquito net, in which it is mainly a corner connector. Various innovative constructions of mosquito corner elements are known, eg from patent descriptions DE102012023546 and DE102011107589. The corner connector and the mosquito net profiles in the existing solutions fit tightly together (drawing regarding the state of the art). The current solution is strongly dependent on the dimensional accuracy of both the profile and the fastener, which significantly increases the cost of finished product production and exposes the producer to costs related to complaints. For these reasons, the connectors have thickening elements on the surfaces cooperating with the aluminum profile of the mosquito net frame. This solution makes the installation of the corner in the frame profile much more difficult and sometimes impossible. The thickening elements in the known solutions are subject to shearing, which causes difficulties in assembly and the necessity to use new corners in the event of the need to disassemble the mosquito net frame and reassemble it. Another problem is also technological failures in the fasteners resulting from the high thickness of the material and thus the high shrinkage of the processing material. The aim of the new technical solution was to develop such a construction of the connector that would enable easy joining of aluminum profiles, their multiple joining and separation in a non-invasive manner, greater dimensional tolerances of the connector and profiles, and limiting the occurrence of technological dips. The essence of the utility model is the connector of the profiles with the fragments pressed into the inside of these profiles, which is characterized by the fact that in the profiled, pressed-on fragments there are convex elements with a hollow space enabling their elastic deformation under the influence of the inserted profile, while the convex elements have an oval shape. It is also advantageous if there are technological recesses in its corner part of the connector and in its pressed-in part. There is a recess in the convex element so that the side portions of the convex element may deform in the empty space, which in this case constitute technological recesses in the profiled parts of the connector. The connector is made of a polymeric thermoplastic, preferably polyamide 6 or polixymethylene. The beneficial effects of the solution are a significant reduction in the impact of the accuracy of the execution of the profile and the connector by the use of a convex element susceptible to elastic deformation under the influence of the pressed profile. Due to the construction of the connector according to the utility pattern, the previously used thickening elements have been removed, which are subject to shear during assembly of the profiles and cannot be reused. The functions of the matching element were taken over by a convex element susceptible to deformation, thus it enables the re-use of connectors in the event of the need to disassemble the profiles. Additionally, the technological recess introduced, especially in the back surface of the connector, prevented the formation of technological sags related to the processing shrinkage. The utility pattern in the embodiment example is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the profile connector in the form of a corner in a cross-section, Fig. 2 shows the profile connector in the form of a corner with technological recesses, while Fig. 3 shows the convex element of the connector in top view. The connector 1 in the form of a corner, in which it has two parts 3 pressed into the inside of the profiles 2. The pressed parts 3 of this connector have convex elements 4, under which there is an empty space 5 enabling elastic deformation of convex elements under the influence of inserted profiles 2. Thickness The voids 5 represent 300% of the height h h of the convex element 4 above the inner baseline 6 of the profile 2. The convex elements have an oval shape. The corner connector connects the profiles perpendicularly. In the corner section 7 on the inside there are two technological recesses 8. Technological recesses 8 also appear in the pressed sections 3 of this connector 1. In the convex element 4 there is a recess 9 so that the side sections 10 of the convex element 5 can deform. in the empty space 5, which are technological recesses 8 in the profiled fragments 3 of the connector 1. The connector 1 is made of polyamide 6. PL PL PL PL PL PL
