Dlugopis sklada sie z korpusu górnego (1) zbieznego ku górze i korpusu dolnego (2) zbieznego ku dolowi oddzielonych od siebie obraczka (3). Korpus górny (1) z tworzywa czesciowo przezroczystego w górnej czesci jest zakonczony wypustem stozkowym, na którym jest osadzony klips metalowy (4) równo oddalony od osi dlugopisu. Klips metalowy (4) w górnej czesci jest plaski, prostokatny i przechodzi w igle o przekroju daszkowym, zakonczona podluzna, zawinieta glówka. Klips metalowy (4) siega dolnej krawedzi korpusu górnego (1) na odleglosc podwójnej wysokosci obraczki (3). The pen is manufactured using the same equipment, machinery, and technology used in the applicant's production facility. The essential features of the industrial design are its proportions and shape, the total length corresponding to twelve times the largest diameter and the fact that the upper body, made of a partially transparent material, is terminated in its upper part with a conical projection, on which a nickel-plated metal clip with a conical eyelet is mounted, equidistant from the axis of the pen, flat in the shape of a rectangle, in the middle of its length transforming into a needle with a roof-shaped cross-section and ending with a curled elongated head and reaching the lower edge of the upper body by a distance twice the height of the separating ring, and the lower body, made of plastic, is conical in two-thirds of its length, in the lower part in the shape of an elliptical cone and terminated with a metal, nickel-plated, conical element. ,,Z*nlth-MonAmi" Spz oo / V 00-252 Warszawa, ul. The metal clip (4) in the upper part is flat, rectangular and turns into a needle with a roof-shaped cross-section, ending with an elongated, curled head.
