PL PL PL PL PL PL PL 71 253 Y1 2 Description of the model The subject of the utility model is a mining device for driving underground headings, intended especially for cooperation with a moving support known from patent description No. PL 231 572 B1. A tunnel boring device is known from US 1,795,108. The device consists of an arched route mounted on horizontal guides attached to the excavation lining. The route consists of two parallel tracks made of I-beam. The body is mounted on the track, with its road wheels resting on the upper surface of the lower shelf of each track, and the gear wheel meshes with the rack made on the lower surface of the lower shelf of the first track. There are additional rollers attached to the sides of the lower shelf of the second track. The mining unit and the operator's cabin are attached to the body. The mining unit consists of an engine, a gearbox and a shaft ending with a cutting organ. The shaft is set at an acute angle to the horizontal. The mining device for driving road headings according to the utility model consists of a convex cover to which two parallel arched tracks are attached from the bottom, and on them the body of the mining unit equipped with running rollers is mounted, the track having the form of a U-shaped section with a fixed web. straight to the cover, between the feet there is a ladder, and a shelf is attached to the side of the C-section on the side of the adjacent track. A hydraulic motor driving the organ and gears cooperating with the ladders are attached to the body. The organ preferably has a cylindrical shape, with its axis set at an acute angle to the horizontal. This organ contains a number of teeth arranged along a spiral line with many turns surrounding a cylindrical core. The device preferably has an alternative organ, which consists of a front cutting part and a transport part in the form of a screw. The axis of the cutting head is essentially horizontal. The mining device according to the utility model allows for continuous mining of the face by a roadheader, independently of other works. Additionally, creating a recess in the working face in the shape of a canopy of the arch support frame and keeping the mining device there, which also serves as a canopy, ensures immediate and continuous support of the roof in order to protect it against delamination during subsequent mining by a roadheader. Moreover, it is possible to remotely control the mining device, which allows people to be withdrawn from the face, thus improving occupational health and safety conditions and reducing the risk of accidents during mining. The device is intended especially for cooperation with the rolling casing known from patent description No. PL 231 572 B1. The subject of the solution is presented in a schematic drawing, in which: - Fig. 1 shows the mining device in an axonometric view, - Fig. 2 shows the mining device in a side view, - Fig. 3 shows the cutting head, - Fig. 4 shows an alternative mining device, - Fig. 5 shows a diagram of the cavity mining trajectory. Figure 1 shows the mining device (1) in an axonometric view against the background of the face face (2) with the cavity (4) made by the organ (3). The mining device (1) consists of a cover (5) equipped with a track (6) at the bottom, on which the mining unit (7) equipped with an organ (3) is mounted. The cover (5) is convex and corresponds to the outline of the ceiling part of the first section of the walking casing known from patent description No. PL 231 732 B1, and on its side it contains a number of recesses (8) and protrusions (9) that engage with the appropriate details in the walking casing. - cej. Thanks to this, the cover (5) is an extension of the walking housing. The route (6) consists of two parallel tracks (6a, 6b), each track (6a, 6b) is equipped with a shelf (10) directed towards the adjacent track (6b, 6a), and also has a ladder (11). The mining unit (7) is mounted on the route (6), which consists of a body (12) equipped with rollers (13) adjacent to the shelf (10) on both sides and gear wheels (14) cooperating with ladders ( 11). A hydraulic motor (15) is attached to the body (12), which drives the gears (14) and the organ (3) through the gear (16). Figure 2 shows a cross-section through the mining device (1) during the production of the cavity (4). The mining device (1) consists of a cover (5) equipped with a track (6) at the bottom, on which the mining unit (7) equipped with an organ (3) is mounted. The cover (5) is convex and contains a number of recesses (8) and protrusions (9) on the side other than the rolling housing shown in the drawing. The route (6) consists of two parallel tracks (6a, 6b), each track (6a, 6b) is equipped with a shelf (10) directed towards the adjacent track (6b, 6a), and also has a ladder (11 ). The mining unit (7) is mounted on the route (6), which contains a hydraulic motor (15) driving the organ (3) through the gear (16). The axis of rotation (18) of the organ (3) is set at an acute angle to the horizontal so that gravity supports the removal of spoil from the cavity (4) to the working face. In this case, the recess (4) is made immediately to the target depth. The engagement of the head (3) is enabled by the upper pair of shifters mounted between the mining device (1) and the first section of the walking casing. Figure 3 shows the organ (3) in a side view. The organ (3) contains a number of teeth (19) arranged along a spiral line with many turns surrounding a cylindrical core (20). Figure 4 shows a cross-section through an alternative mining device (21) during the production of a recess (22). The mining device (21) consists of a cover (23) equipped with a track (24) at the bottom, on which the mining unit (25) equipped with an alternative organ (26) is mounted. The cover (23) and the route (24) are the same as the cover (5) and the route (6) in the basic version. A mining unit (25) is mounted on the route (24), which contains a hydraulic motor (27) driving an alternative organ (26). The axis of rotation of the alternative organ (26) is horizontal. The installation of an alternative organ (26) is enabled by the upper pair of shifters mounted between the mining device (21) and the first section of the walking casing. The alternative head (26) consists of a front cutting part (28) and a transport part (29) in the form of a screw that transports the mined material outside the cavity (22). Figure 5 shows a diagram of the mining trajectory of the cavity (22) via an alternative organ (26). The length (L) of the working part of the front cutting part (28) is less than the length of the entire alternative organ (26) and less than the target depth of the recess (22), therefore, after the alternative organ (26) is cut, it has a depth equal to the length (L). mining takes place from one side to the other, and then an alternative head (26) is once again created to the same depth and mined in the opposite direction. These activities are repeated until the recess (22) is made to the target depth. The cavity mining trajectory consists of a series of sections with lengths (L) corresponding to the cutting and lines (U) corresponding to the mining. PL PL PL PL PL PL
