Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, przejawiajaca sie w indywidualnym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów oraz ornamentacji postac bryly nadwozia samochodu na czterech kolach, zawierajacego przedzial silnikowy z okratowaniem wlotu chlodnicy i pokrywa silnika oraz kabine pasazersko-bagazowa, która zawiera szybe przednia, czworo drzwi bocznych z szybami oraz tylne drzwi z szyba i jest wyposazona w zespoly swiatel przednich i zespoly swiatel tylnych. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which the subsequent figures show: fig. 1 - a front view of the car, fig. 2 - a rear view of the car from fig. 1, fig. 3 - a top view of the car from fig. 1, fig. 4 - a right-side view of the car from fig. 1, fig. 5 - a left-side view of the car from fig. 1, fig. 6 - a front perspective view of the car from fig. 1, fig. 7 - a rear perspective view of the car from fig. 1. Essential features of the industrial design: - The passenger and luggage compartment has the shape of a solid resembling a horizontally situated cuboid, the front wall of which is clearly diagonally protruding downwards towards the front, as shown in figures 1 to 8; - The integrated front light assembly has - in a perspective view of the vehicle from the front - a shape resembling a flattened parallelogram with strongly rounded vertices lying on the shorter diagonal, as shown in fig. i; - The integrated rear light assembly has - in a perspective view of the vehicle from the rear - a shape resembling a flattened parallelogram with strongly rounded vertices lying on the shorter diagonal, as shown in fig. 2; - The upper part of the radiator grille has, symmetrically in the centre, an originally shaped H symbol and wing-like partitions situated on the sides, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 6; - The central part of the radiator grille, situated below the upper part, has a shape resembling an open, very bold letter V with arms tapering upwards, as shown in Figures 1 and 6; - The lower part of the radiator grille is symmetrically situated well below the central part and its envelope has a shape resembling a flattened isosceles trapezoid with rounded tops, as shown in Figures 1 and 6; - A horizontal recess is arranged along the side surface of the vehicle body, connecting the upper outer vertex of the parallelogram front light assembly with the upper outer vertex of the parallelogram rear light assembly, as shown in Figures 4 to 7; the characteristics are as shown in Figures 1 to 7. Other essential design features: - the longer sides of the quasi-parallelogram envelope of the front lamp unit are inclined to the horizontal at an acute angle; and the longer sides of the quasi-parallelogram envelope of the rear lamp unit are arranged approximately horizontally; moreover, the upper edges of the envelopes of these lamp units constitute a smooth continuation of the lines of the horizontal recesses situated along the side surfaces of the bodywork, as shown in Figures 1 to 7; - the width of the horizontal recess on the side surface of the bodywork is greater along the luggage part of the passenger and luggage compartment than the width along the rest of the bodywork, as shown in Figures 4 and 5; - The front lamp assemblies are so positioned that - in a front view - the shorter sides of the aqua-parallelogram envelopes of the lamp assemblies are approximately parallel to the adjacent portions of the envelopes of the upper and central part of the radiator grille, as shown in Figure 1; - The side door handles of the vehicle are positioned side by side, with - in a side view of the vehicle - one handle extending the other handle along a line parallel to the line of the recess in the side surface of the body, as shown in Figures 4 and 5; - The envelope of the central part of the radiator grille resembles a pentagon symmetrical about a vertical axis, with a concave upper base approximately parallel to the edge of the upper part of the grille, with slightly convex other sides and rounded vertices not adjacent to the upper base, as shown in Figure 1; - The envelopes of the upper, central and lower parts of the radiator grille contain the lines of the radiator grille, which also constitute bodywork decorative elements, as shown in Figures 1 and 6; - On the sides of the lower part of the radiator inlet grille there are symmetrically located holes in the shape resembling a closed square bracket, the vertical arms of which are significantly thickened and inclined towards the center, approximately reflecting the angle of inclination of the arms of the trapezoidal envelope of this part of the grille, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 6.
