Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli pokojowych, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do wyposazania duzych pokoi goscinnych. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie scian frontowych, ukladzie linii i elementów zestawu mebli, zwlaszcza jego wienca górnego i cokolu dolnego stanowiacego podstawe danego segmentu meblowego oraz w jego elementach ozdobnych, drzwiczek i szuflad. The design's novelty and original character are evident in the shape of the front walls, the arrangement of lines and elements of the furniture set, particularly its top panel and the bottom plinth, which constitute the base of the furniture segment, as well as its decorative elements, doors, and drawers. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material, in which fig. 1 and 17 show a table set, fig. 2 and 18 - a two-door sideboard, fig. 3 and 19 - a four-door sideboard, fig. 4 and 20 - a two-door sideboard with a drawer, fig. 5 and 21 - a three-door sideboard, fig. 6 and 22 - a wardrobe, fig. 7 and 23 - a four-door chest of drawers, fig. 8 and 24 - a tall chest of drawers with eight drawers, fig. 9 and 25 - a low chest of drawers with two doors and a drawer, fig. 10 and 26 - a coffee table, fig. 11 and 27 - a longer chest of drawers with two doors and four drawers, fig. 12 and 28 - a shorter chest of drawers with two doors and four drawers, fig. 13 and 29 - chest of drawers with three doors and a drawer, fig. 14 and 30 - chest of drawers with five drawers, fig. 15 and 31 - chest of drawers with two doors, fig. 16 and 32 - TV table, fig. 33 - lower plinth of the furniture set in a vertical section along the line A-A, fig. 34 - doors of the set segments in a cross-section along the line B-B, fig. 35 - column of table set segments in a front view, fig. 36 - the same column in a cross-section along the line C-C, fig. 37 - the same column in an axial section along the line D-D, fig. 38 - the same column in a cross-section along the line E-E, fig. 39 - upper plinth of the set segments in a vertical section along the line F-F, fig. 40 - the vertical strip of the grids of the glass display cases in the cross-section along the line G-G, and fig. 41 - the horizontal strip of these grids in the vertical section along the line H-H. The living room furniture set consists of a table set, four sideboards with glass display cases, a wardrobe, eight individual chests of drawers, a coffee table and an RTV table. The table set shown in the drawing and illustrative material figs. 1 and 17 consists of a chest of drawers and a top unit mounted on it, in the shape of cuboids with rectangular bases. The chest of drawers of this set has four cabinet-drawer spaces with four drawers placed one above the other in the middle, and on both sides two doors separated by decorative vertical columns, wherein these spaces are topped in the upper part with a rectangular board with cut front corners and a carved edge, protruding slightly beyond the vertical surfaces of the chest of drawers and the extension placed on it, while in the lower part they are topped with a rectangular board with cut front corners, provided with an external decorative plinth with the same external outline, protruding slightly beyond the vertical surfaces of the chest of drawers, serving as the base of this set. The upper part placed on the chest of drawers has two recesses in the middle above the chest of drawers of a rectangular outline with a partially convex upper side, separated from each other by a door, and on both sides of them there are two identical glass display cabinets also with a similar partially convex side, divided into six parts by a vertical strip and two horizontal strips, these display cabinets are separated from each other by decorative columns situated above the chest of drawers columns, and in the upper part they are topped with a rectangular plate with cut front corners, on the edge of which there is a decorative profiled wreath situated diagonally to its horizontal plane, the horizontal side elements of which above the columns pass on both sides with small arcs into the central section of the ring encompassing the space above the upper recess and partially above the adjacent glass display cabinets, while the space Between this ring segment and the horizontal panel is a panel in the shape of a spherical bowl with a carved rim. The two-door sideboard shown in the drawing and illustrative material Figs. 2 and 18 consists of a chest of drawers and a built-in extension, each in the shape of a cuboid with rectangular bases. The chest of drawers has a cabinet space with two doors, topped at the top with a rectangular panel with chamfered front corners and a carved rim, protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the chest of drawers and its extension. The lower section is topped with a rectangular panel with chamfered front corners and an external decorative plinth of the same external outline, protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the chest of drawers, serving as the base of the sideboard. The extension placed on the chest of drawers has two glazed doors divided into six parts by strips, topped in the upper part with a rectangular plate with cut front corners, on the edge of which there is a decorative profiled wreath placed diagonally to it, wherein the external profile of this wreath and its sculpture, as well as the external shape of the door are analogous to the lower wreath and the outer doors of the chest of drawers of the table set shown in the drawing and illustrative material fig. 1 and 17. The four-door sideboard shown in the drawing and illustrative material fig. 3 and 19 consists of the chest of drawers and an extension placed on it, having the shape of cuboids with rectangular bases. The chest of drawers of this sideboard has four cabinet-drawer spaces equipped with four doors and two drawers situated horizontally next to each other and above the central door, the height of which is lower than the other two outer doors, and between them and the drawers there are decorative columns, the said spaces being topped in the upper part with a rectangular board with cut front corners and a carved rim, protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the chest of drawers and the extension placed on it, while in the lower part there is a rectangular board with cut front corners and provided with an external decorative plinth with the same external outline, protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the chest of drawers, serving as the base of this sideboard. The extension placed on the chest of drawers has four display cases with glazed doors divided into six parts by a vertical strip and two horizontal strips, with their upper side partially convex, and on both sides between the two display cases there are vertical decorative columns situated above the decorative columns of the chest of drawers, and in the upper part these display cases are topped with a rectangular plate with cut front corners, on the edge of which there is a decorative profiled wreath placed diagonally to its horizontal plane. The carving of the edge of the top panel of the chest of drawers, the carving and profile of its lower plinth and the carving and profile of the top rim of the extension are identical to those in the table set and the two-door sideboard shown in the drawings and illustrative material figs. 1 and 17 and 2 and 18. The two-door sideboard shown in the drawing and illustrative material figs. 4 and 20 consists of a chest of drawers and an extension placed on it, having the shape of cuboids with rectangular bases. The chest of drawers has a cabinet space provided with two doors and a drawer situated above them, wherein the space is topped in the upper part with a rectangular board with cut front corners and a carved rim, protruding slightly beyond the vertical surfaces of the chest of drawers and its extension, and the lower part is topped with a rectangular board with cut front corners and provided with an external decorative plinth with the same external outline, protruding slightly beyond the vertical surfaces of the chest of drawers, functioning as a base for the chest of drawers, wherein the fronts of the side walls of the chest of drawers are covered with decorative columns situated between the top board and the bottom plinth board. The top section with two glazed doors and an upper decorative wreath placed on the chest of drawers of this sideboard and the bottom plinth of the sideboard have the same shape as the top section and chest of drawers of the sideboard shown in the drawing and illustrative material Fig. 2 and 18. The three-door sideboard shown in the drawing and illustrative material Fig. 5 and 21 consists of a chest of drawers and a top section placed on it, which have the shape of cuboids with rectangular bases. The chest of drawers of this sideboard has three cabinet-drawer spaces, with four drawers placed one above the other in the middle, and on both sides with outer doors separated from the drawers by decorative vertical columns, wherein these spaces are topped in the upper part with a rectangular board with cut front corners and a carved rim, protruding slightly beyond the vertical surfaces of the chest of drawers and the extension placed on it, while in the lower part they are topped with a rectangular board with cut front corners and provided with an external decorative plinth of the same external outline, protruding slightly beyond the vertical surfaces of the chest of drawers, serving as the base of this sideboard. The top unit, placed on the chest of drawers, features three glazed display cases positioned above the chest of drawers and doors, divided into six sections by a vertical strip and two horizontal strips. These display cases are separated by decorative columns positioned above the chest of drawers' columns. The top unit is topped with a rectangular panel with chamfered front corners, its edge bearing a decorative, profiled wreath placed diagonally to its horizontal plane. The carving on the edge of the chest of drawers' top panel, the carving and profile of the lower plinth, and the carving and profile of the top wreath of the top unit are identical to those in the table set and sideboards shown in the illustrative material, Figs. 17-20. The wardrobe shown in the drawing and illustrative material Figs. 6 and 22 is a cuboid shape resting on a decorative plinth, equipped with two doors with four panels separated by horizontal stiles. The lower panels are rectangular, and the upper panels are rectangular with rounded upper shorter sides. A decorative, profiled top wreath rests on the edge of the upper finial of the wardrobe box. The carving and profile of the lower plinth and top wreath of the wardrobe are identical to those of the table set and sideboards shown in illustrative material Figs. 17-21. The chest of drawers of the furniture set shown in the drawing and illustrative material of fig. 7 and 23 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base with four cabinet spaces and two drawer spaces provided with four doors and two drawers situated above two central doors with a height lower than the height of the outer doors, wherein the outer doors are separated from the drawers and the central doors underneath them by vertical decorative columns, wherein the said spaces in the upper part are topped with a rectangular board with cut front corners and with a carved rim protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the front wall and side walls, and in the lower part with a rectangular board with cut front corners provided with an external decorative plinth serving as the base of this chest of drawers. Both the carving of the rim of the top panel and the carving and profile of the lower plinth are identical to those in the table set, sideboards and wardrobe shown in illustrative material figs. 17-22. The chest of drawers of the furniture set shown in the drawing and illustrative material figs. 8 and 24 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base with eight drawer spaces, topped in the upper part by a rectangular panel with cut front corners and a carved rim, protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the front wall and side walls, and in the lower part by a rectangular panel with cut front corners, provided with an external decorative plinth serving as the base of this chest of drawers. Above the plinth are four identical drawers, above which are four further drawers half the length of the drawers below them, while the side faces of this chest of drawers are covered by decorative columns, situated between the aforementioned top panel and the decorative bottom plinth. Both the carving on the edge of the top panel and the bottom plinth are identical to the carving and profile of the top panel and bottom plinth of the table set, sideboards, wardrobe, and chest of drawers shown in illustrative material Figs. 17-23. The chest of drawers of the furniture set shown in the drawing and illustrative material Fig. 9 and 25 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base with a cabinet-drawer space provided with two doors and a drawer situated above them, wherein these spaces are topped in the upper part with a rectangular board with cut front corners and a carved rim, protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the front wall and side walls, and in the lower part with a rectangular board with cut front corners, provided with an external decorative plinth serving as the base of this chest of drawers, wherein the fronts of its side walls are covered with decorative columns. Both the carving of the top plate and the lower plinth are identical to those in the table set, sideboards, wardrobe and chests of drawers shown in illustrative material figs. 17-24. The bench of the furniture set shown in the drawing and illustrative material figs. 10 and 26 has four legs with a profile similar to the letter "B", topped at the top and bottom with identical rectangular tops with cut corners and carved edges. The profiled fronts of the legs have a longitudinal carving, and in the lower part under the lower top they are provided with circular feet. The chest of drawers in the furniture set shown in the drawing and illustrative material in Figs. 11 and 27 has a cuboid shape with a rectangular base and cabinet and drawer spaces, topped in the upper section by a rectangular panel with chamfered front corners and a carved rim, protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the front and side walls. In the lower section, a rectangular panel with chamfered front corners is provided with a decorative outer plinth that serves as the base of the chest of drawers. In the central section of the chest of drawers are four identical drawers arranged one above the other, and on either side are cabinet doors separated from the drawers by decorative columns. Both the carving of the top plate and the carving of the lower plinth are identical to those in the table set, sideboards, wardrobe and chests of drawers shown in illustrative material figs. 17-25. The chest of drawers of the furniture set shown in the drawing and illustrative material figs. 12 and 28 is a dimensional variant of the chest of drawers shown in figs. 11 and 27, the external appearance of both chests being identical. The chest of drawers in the furniture set shown in the drawing and illustrative material in Figs. 13 and 29 has a cuboid shape with a rectangular base containing cabinet and drawer spaces, topped at the top by a rectangular panel with chamfered front corners and a carved rim, protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the front and side walls. The lower section is topped by a rectangular panel with chamfered front corners and an external decorative plinth that serves as the base of the chest of drawers. In the central section of the chest of drawers are cabinet doors, with a drawer above them, and on either side are cabinet doors slightly higher than the central door, with decorative columns between the doors. Both the carving of the top plate and the carving of the lower plinth are identical to those in the table set, sideboards, wardrobe and chests of drawers shown in the illustrative material figs. 17-25 and figs. 27 and 28. The chest of drawers of the furniture set shown in the drawing and illustrative material figs. 14 and 30 has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base with drawer spaces, topped in the upper part with a rectangular plate with cut front corners and a carved rim, protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the front wall and side walls, and in the lower part with a rectangular plate with cut front corners provided with a decorative external plinth serving as the base of this chest of drawers. This chest of drawers has three identical drawers arranged one above the other, and two drawers placed under the top panel, each half the length of the other three drawers. The fronts of the chest of drawers' side walls are covered by decorative columns placed between the top panel and the decorative lower plinth. Both the carved edges of the top panel and the lower plinth are identical to those of the table set, sideboards, wardrobe, and chests of drawers shown in illustrations Figs. 17-25 and 27-29. The chest of drawers in the furniture set shown in the drawing and illustrative material Figs. 15 and 31 has a cuboid shape with a rectangular base and a cabinet space provided with two doors, topped in the upper section by a rectangular panel with cut front corners and a carved rim, protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the front and side walls, and in the lower section by a rectangular panel with cut front corners provided with a decorative external plinth that serves as the base of the chest of drawers. Both the carved rim of the top panel and the bottom plinth are identical to those in the table set, sideboards, wardrobe, and chests of drawers shown in illustrative material Figs. 17-25 and 27-30. The TV stand in the furniture set shown in the drawing and illustrative material Figs. 16 and 32 has a cuboid shape with a rectangular base, a cabinet space with two doors and a recess space above it, these spaces being topped in the upper section by a rectangular board with cut-off front corners and a carved rim, protruding slightly beyond the vertical planes of the front and side walls, and in the lower section by a rectangular board with cut-off front corners and a decorative outer plinth that serves as the base of the table. The faces of the side walls of the table are covered by decorative columns situated between the top board and the decorative bottom plinth. Both the carving of the edge of the top plate and the bottom plinth are identical to those in the table set, sideboards, wardrobe and chests of drawers shown in the illustrative material Fig. 17-25 and Fig. 27-31. All decorative vertical columns of the living room furniture set shown in the illustrations Fig. 17-25 and Fig. 27-32 have an identical external shape, i.e. in cross-section they have the shape of a half-cone terminated on both sides with heads having in cross-section the shape of a rectangle with cut external corners, terminated on the side of the half-cone with a radially convex side, wherein these columns on the elongated half-cone part in the vicinity of the lower head have milled decorative elements in the shape of a truncated hemisphere connected on both sides with hyperboloids of revolution terminated with half-conical surfaces, while on the side of the upper head they have milled decorative elements in the shape of a truncated hemisphere connected on one side with the half-conical part and on the other side through the profile of a hyperboloid of revolution and an element of a truncated sphere with the head upper, as shown in Figures 35-38. The lower strips in the plinths of the table set, sideboards, wardrobe, chests of drawers and TV stand shown in the illustrations fig. 17-25 and fig. 27-32 have identical shapes and carvings on their external surfaces, which in cross-section have a profile made of a rear straight section meeting at an obtuse angle with a lower short straight section, to which a carved external surface is attached, made of three short straight sections situated parallel to the longer rear section, separated from each other by two concave arches of different radii, and in the upper part of a third straight section connected by a concave and convex arch to the rear straight section, as shown in fig. 33. In turn, the upper decorative identical strips of the extensions of the table set, sideboards and wardrobe shown in illustrative materialfig. 17-22 may, in cross-section, have a profile formed from a rear straight section connected through a rectangular channel with a short straight section, situated at an obtuse angle, which meets the carved outer surface formed from a convex radius passing through a much smaller convex radius into a concave radius, which in turn, through two much smaller convex radii, passes into a straight section meeting at an obtuse angle with another straight section connected to the rear straight section, as shown in the drawing fig. 39. The sculpture of the doors with the profile described above is made on the perimeter of their inner sides and on the perimeter of the panel adjacent to them, while on the upper frames and the surface This carving has a convex profile, as shown in the illustrations fig. 17-23, fig. 25, 27-29 and fig. 31 and 32. Essential features of the industrial design A set of living room furniture consisting of a table set, four sideboards with glass display cabinets, a wardrobe, eight chests of drawers, a coffee table and an RTV table shown in the drawings fig. 1-16 and fig. 33-41 and in the illustrations fig. 17-32, is characterized in that: - the table set, sideboards, chests of drawers and an RTV table are equipped with decorative columns of identical shape an external shape having a half-cone profile terminated on both sides with heads having a rectangular cross-section with truncated external corners, terminated on the half-cone side with a radially convex side, wherein these columns on the elongated half-cone part in the vicinity of the lower head have milled decorative elements in the shape of a truncated hemisphere connected on both sides by hyperboloids of revolution terminated with half-conical surfaces, while on the side of the upper head they have milled decorative elements in the shape of a truncated hemisphere connected on one side to the half-cone part and on the other side through the profile of a hyperboloid of revolution and an element of a truncated sphere to the upper head, as shown in figures 35-38; - the table and sideboard extensions and the wardrobe have identical upper decorative slatted rims with decorative carving on their outer surface, which in cross-section have a profile formed by a rear straight section connected by a rectangular channel to a short straight section, situated at an obtuse angle, which meets the carved outer surface formed by a convex radius passing through a much smaller convex radius into a concave radius, which in turn passes through two much smaller convex radii into a straight section meeting at an obtuse angle with another straight section connected to the rear straight section, as shown in Figure 39; - the chest of drawers of the table set, the chests of drawers of sideboards and the individual chests of drawers, the wardrobe and the TV stand rest on identical slatted plinths with decorative carving on their external surfaces, which in cross-section have a profile formed by a rear straight section meeting at an obtuse angle with a lower short straight section, to which a carved external surface is attached, formed by three short straight sections situated parallel to the longer rear section, separated from each other by two concave arches of different radii, and in the upper part the third straight section is connected by a concave and convex arch to the rear straight section, as shown in drawing fig. 33; - the chest of drawers of the table set, the chests of sideboards, the wardrobe, the individual chests of drawers and the TV stand are provided with doors of identical shape, having in cross-section a profile formed by a straight rear section a panel whose ends, through concave and convex rays, turn into straight vertical sections adjacent to the rear straight sections of the door frames, which are in contact on both sides with short straight sections situated perpendicularly to them, terminated with convex rays and short straight sections, with straight external sections of the frames, turning into a circumferential sculpture made of vertical straight sections and concave and convex rays, which are in contact with straight sections situated perpendicularly to the upper straight sections of the panel, the other ends of which turn into a circumferential channel with a rectangular profile tapering into a profile similar to a dome, as shown in Fig. 34; - decorative carving of the doors is made on the perimeter of their inner sides and on the perimeter of the adjacent panel, while on the upper frames and the surface of the panel this carving has a convex profile, as shown in the illustrative material figs. 17-23, figs. 25, 27-29 and figs. 31 and 32; - the fronts of the drawers of the table set, sideboards and chests of drawers have an identical rectangular channel carved on their external surfaces, the shorter sides of which are rounded in the central part, as shown in the illustrative material figs. 17, 19-21, 23-25 and figs. 27-30; - the table and sideboard set extensions have glass grids whose vertical strips in cross-section have the shape of a half-cylinder topped with a rectangle, the sides of which have diagonally arranged channels, as shown in drawing fig. 40, while the horizontal strips of these grids in cross-section have the shape of a half-cylinder topped with a rectangle, as shown in drawing fig. 41.
