Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w nowym, oryginalnym ksztalcie. Znanych jest szereg pojemników do umieszczania w nich produktów spozywczych. Do najczesciej stosowanych naleza pojemniki wykonane w ksztalcie walca. Pojemniki te wykonane sa z folii aluminiowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku z góry, fig. 3 przekrój poprzeczny opakowania w odmianie wykonania, fig. 4 przekrój poprzeczny opakowania w innej odmianie wykonania, natomiast fig. 5 przekrój poprzeczny opakowania w jeszcze innej odmianie wykonania. Zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym opakowanie ma ksztalt scietego stozka, w którym podstawa ma mniejsza srednice od srednicy czesci górnej. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in a new, original shape. A number of containers for containing food products are known. The most commonly used are cylindrical containers. These containers are made of aluminum foil. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging from a side view, Fig. 2 shows the packaging from a top view, Fig. 3 shows a cross-section of the packaging in one embodiment, Fig. 4 shows a cross-section of the packaging in another embodiment, and Fig. 5 shows a cross-section of the packaging in yet another embodiment. According to the industrial design, the packaging has the shape of a truncated cone, in which the base has a smaller diameter than the top. The top part has a collar around its circumference, on the outer part of the package, with an outer edge equipped with a small chamfer pointing upward. The outer surface of the package is smooth, and the base is flat. In the package variant shown in Fig. 3, the base bottom has a low-height embossment pointing upward. In the package variant shown in Fig. 4, the base bottom has a double embossment pointing upward with different diameters, but the embossment farther from the base has a smaller diameter. In the package variant shown in Fig. 5, the bottom has a small embossment pointing upward with the convexity pointing upward, and around its circumference near the base has a series of embossments. In a side view, they appear as semicircles, with the convexities pointing inward. The package is made of aluminum foil and can have different heights and diameters of the base and top. Industrial Design Features: The packaging according to the industrial design has the shape of a truncated cone, in which the base has a smaller diameter than the top. The top has a collar on its circumference, on the outside of the package, with an outer edge equipped with a small upward chamfer. The outer surface of the package is smooth, and the base is flat. According to the packaging variant shown in Fig. 3, the base bottom has an embossing with the convexity facing upward. According to another packaging variant shown in Fig. 4, the base bottom has a double upward embossing of different diameters, with the embossing furthest from the base having a smaller diameter. According to another variant of the packaging shown in Fig. 5, the bottom has a small embossment with the convexity directed upwards and on its circumference at the base it has a number of embossments in the shape of semicircles in a side view with the convexities directed towards the inside of the packaging.
