Przez dodanie metalu, przewaznie sto¬ pu bialego metalu i olowiu, pierscien n:e- tylko uszczelnia dobrze, lecz przewodzi dobrze cieplo, przyczem pory jego sa wy¬ pelnione pylem metalowym.Jeden z przykladów wykonania wyna¬ lazku przedstawiono na rysunku, na fig. 1 w przekroju poprzecznym, na fig. 2 zas w widoku zgóry.Wewnetrzny pierscien A otoczony jest opona w postaci pierscienia zewnetrznego B.Pierscien B jest zrobiony z mieszaniny azbestu i kauczuku, do której dodany jest pyl metalowy i wskutek tego pierscien ten posiada wszystkie wyzej wymienione zale¬ ty. Natomiast pierscien wewnetrzny A ' jest zrobiony z plastycznej masy metalo¬ wej w ten sposób: Roztopiony stop bialego metalu i olo¬ wiu wylewa sie z naczynia cienkim stru¬ mieniem. Przeciwko teniu strumieniowi puszcza sie strumien pary lub sprezonego powietrza, który przez odchylenie metalu z pierwotnego kierunku rozdziela go na krople i rzuca o chlodna sciane z gladkiej blachy cynkowej lub z innego metalu. Plat¬ ki lub ziarnka metalu mieszaja sie z gra¬ fitem w platkach, z welna azbestowa oraz z obojetnym tluszczem, rozpuszczajacym sie przy wysokiej temperaturze. Stosunek ilosci metalu do dodatków wiazacych i smarujacych wynosi okolo 6:1. Z powodu zawartosci grafitu i tluszczu pierscien A smaruje dobrze. PLThe invention relates to a sealing ring made of a mixture of asbestos and rubber to which metal dust has been added. By the addition of metal, usually an alloy of white metal and lead, the n: e ring only seals well, but conducts heat well, but its pores are filled with metal dust. The ring B is made of a mixture of asbestos and rubber to which metal dust is added and consequently the ring has all the above-mentioned recommendations. The inner ring A ', on the other hand, is made of a plastic metal mass in this way: A molten alloy of white metal and lead is poured out of the vessel in a thin stream. Against this stream, a stream of steam or compressed air is blown, which, by deflecting the metal from its original direction, splits it into drops and throws it against a cool wall made of smooth zinc sheet or other metal. Metal flakes or grains are mixed with flake graphite, with asbestos wool and with inert grease, which dissolves at high temperatures. The proportion of metal to bonding and lubricating additives is approximately 6: 1. Due to the graphite and fat content of the A-ring it lubricates well. PL
