Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie pojemnika kosmetycznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik kosmetyczny w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2-pojemnik kosmetyczny w widoku z przodu, fig.3-pojemnik kosmetyczny w widoku z tylu, fig.4-pojemnik kosmetyczny w widoku z lewej strony, fig.5-pojemnik kosmetyczny w widoku z prawej strony, fig.6-pojemnik kosmetyczny w widoku z góry, fig.7- pojemnik kosmetyczny w widoku z dolu, fig.8-przekrójpojemnika kosmetycznego a fig. 9-pojemnik kosmetyczny w stanie rozlozonym. Pojemnik kosmetyczny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac dwusegmentowej podluznej obsadki, przy czym dolna czesc górnego segmentu obsadki ma ksztalt wydluzonego walca, który w górnej czesci górnego segmentu obsadki zweza sie stozkowato ku górze w widoku z przodu i z tylu, a górna powierzchnia górnego segmentu obsadki ma w widoku z góry ksztalt jednostronnie zwezonej elipsy, dotykajacej swym zwezeniem do kolistego zarys u górnego segmentu obsadki, zas w widoku z przodu górny segment obsadki od podstawy az do powierzchni górnej ma widoczna podluzna linie falista, natomiast dolny segment obsadki ma postac walcowatej kontynuacji dolnej czesci górnego segmentu obsadki, o dlugosci w przyblizeniu dwukrotnie mniejszej niz dlugosc górnego segmentu obsadki, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.9.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6 FIG.7 FIG.8FIG.9 PL PL1/ Akiko ASHIWA 2/ Keiko TANU The right of registration of the design is valid from: 15 October 2003 Priority: 16 April 2003 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is a cosmetic container. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the cosmetic container. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the cosmetic container in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the cosmetic container in a front view, fig. 3 - the cosmetic container in a back view, fig. 4 - the cosmetic container in a left-side view, fig. 5 - the cosmetic container in a right-side view, fig. 6 - the cosmetic container in a top view, fig. 7 - the cosmetic container in a bottom view, fig. 8 - the cross-section of the cosmetic container, and fig. 9 - the cosmetic container in an exploded state. The cosmetic container according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it has the form of a two-segment elongated holder, wherein the lower part of the upper segment of the holder has the shape of an elongated cylinder, which in the upper part of the upper segment of the holder narrows conically upwards in the front and back views, and the upper surface of the upper segment of the holder has the shape of a one-sidedly narrowed ellipse in the top view, its narrowing touching the circular outline of the upper segment of the holder, and in the front view the upper segment of the holder from the base to the upper surface has a visible longitudinal wavy line, while the lower segment of the holder has the form of a cylindrical continuation of the lower part of the upper segment of the holder, with a length approximately twice smaller than the length of the upper segment of the holder, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to fig. 9.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6 FIG.7 FIG.8FIG.9 PL PL
