Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona w szczególnosci do syropów, soków oraz zapraw do napojów. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i cechach linii. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do istniejacych w obrocie gospodarczym butelek, charakteryzuje sie oryginalnym motywem dekoracyjnym przypominajacym gorset umieszczony w górnej czesci butelki. Butelka wedlug wzoru wykonana ze szkla posiada w dolnej czesci ksztalt walca zamknietego od dolu lekko wkleslym okraglym dnem, który przechodzi w lej z wybrzuszeniem zwienczony wydluzona szyjka zakonczona gwintowana glówka. Czesc górna butelki posiada symetrycznie rozlozone na obwodzie rozszerzajace sie lekko i zaokraglone na koncach elementy stanowiace motyw dekoracyjny przypominajacy gorset, co nadaje butelce oryginalny wyglad i eksponuje wybrzuszenie w górnej czesci.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended specifically for syrups, juices, and beverage seasonings. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, manifested in its shape and line features. Compared to existing bottles in commerce, the bottle based on the industrial design is characterized by an original decorative motif resembling a corset placed at the top of the bottle. The bottle based on the design, made of glass, has a cylindrical lower section closed at the bottom by a slightly concave round bottom, which transitions into a convex funnel topped with an elongated neck and a threaded head. The upper part of the bottle features symmetrically arranged elements around the circumference, slightly widening and rounded at the ends, constituting a decorative motif resembling a corset, giving the bottle an original appearance and highlighting the bulge in the upper part. Centrally on the front of the bottle, the decorative motif features an engraving of the company logo: the letters "VC," with the letter "V" incorporated into the upper part of the letter "C" and composed of two images of leaves and the inscription "VICTORIA CYMES" placed beneath them, separated by transverse lines at the top and bottom of the inscription. Centrally on the back of the bottle, the decorative motif features an engraving depicting cherry blossoms on a branch with leaves. The essential features of the industrial design include a new and uniquely unique bottle shape: a cylindrical shape at the bottom, which transitions upward into a bulging funnel topped with an elongated neck and a threaded head. The upper part of the bottle features symmetrically arranged elements, slightly widening and rounded at the ends, forming a decorative motif resembling a corset. This variant features an engraving centrally on the decorative motif, and the company logo on the front: the letters "VC," with the "V" incorporated into the upper part of the letter "C" and composed of two images of leaves, and the inscription "VICTORIA CYMES" placed beneath them, separated by transverse lines at the top and bottom of the inscription.
