Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wytwór bedacy zbiornikiem spluczki, przeznaczonym do gromadzenia wody sluzacej do splukiwania ustepów w instalacjach kanalizacyjnych. Wzór zbiornika spluczki jest nowa postacia wytworu odrózniajacego sie w stosunku do znanych wzorów, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter przejawiajacy sie w nowym konturze i ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach. Na fig. 1 przedstawiono podstawowy wzór zbiornika od strony czolowej i w rzucie bocznym na fig 2. Na fig. 3 przedstawiono odmiane wzoru zbiornika od strony czolowej i w rzucie bocznym na fig. 4. Wedlug wzoru zbiornik sklada sie z dwóch czesci: pojemnika i pokrywy. Pojemnik zbiornika posiada ksztalt zblizony do graniastoslupa o prostokatnej podstawie, o zaokraglonych krawedziach bocznych i dolnych. Pokrywa zbiornika wpisana jest w bryle graniastoslupa o podstawie przystajacej do górnej podstawy pojemnika i jej krawedzie boczne i górne sa zaokraglone. Górna powierzchnia pokrywy jest wycinkiem powierzchni pobocznicy walca, majacego w podstawie elipse, którego os jest pozioma i prostopadla do wiekszej scianki bocznej podstawy graniastoslupa, której wymiar poziomy jest mniejszy od wiekszej osi podstawy walca.W odmianie, pokrywa na górnej powierzchni ,od strony czolowej zbiornika, posiada dwa pasy o szerokosci mniejszej niz polowa szerokosci górnej powierzchni pokrywy, utworzone poprzez dwukrotne zalamanie i obnizenie jej przedniej krawedzi w stosunku do wzoru podstawowego. The flush tank design is a new form of the product, distinguishing itself from known designs, possessing a unique character manifested in a new contour and shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings. Figure 1 shows the basic tank design from the front and in a side view in Figure 2. Figure 3 shows a variant of the tank design from the front and in a side view in Figure 4. According to the design, the tank consists of two parts: a container and a cover. The tank container has a shape similar to a prism with a rectangular base and rounded lateral and bottom edges. The tank lid is inscribed in a prism with a base congruent to the upper base of the container, and its lateral and upper edges are rounded. The upper surface of the lid is a section of the side surface of a cylinder with an ellipse at its base, the axis of which is horizontal and perpendicular to the larger side wall of the prism's base, whose horizontal dimension is smaller than the larger axis of the cylinder's base. In a variant, the lid on the upper surface, on the front side of the tank, has two strips with a width less than half the width of the upper surface of the lid, created by twice bending and lowering its front edge relative to the basic pattern. A design of a flushing tank, characterized in that it has a cover whose upper surface is a section of the side surface of a cylinder with an ellipse at its base, the horizontal axis of which is perpendicular to the larger side of the side wall of the tank prism, the horizontal dimension of which is smaller than the larger axis of the cylinder base, wherein the base of the prism in which the tank cover is inscribed is congruent with the upper base of the container prism, which has a shape similar to a prism with a rectangular base. 2. A design of a flushing tank in a variation, characterized in that its cover on the front side has two strips on its upper surface with a total width smaller than half the width of the upper surface of the cover, shaped by double bending and lowering its front edge in relation to the basic design.
