Blat stolu Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 27.10.2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest blat stolu, wykonany ze szkla, przeznaczony do osadzania na róznorodnych podstawach. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie przedmiotu. Blat stolu wykonany jest w postaci przezroczystej tafli szklanej, posiada gladka górna powierzchnie i wyróznia sie tym, ze ma ksztalt kola, a dolna powierzchnie ma uformowana w postaci plaskorzezby. W plaskorzezbie wyodrebnia sie obwiedzione wyraznie widocznymi liniami ostre kontury wciec, wglebien i zmatowien, zestawione w motywy, tworzace rozete umieszczona pod powierzchnia blatu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonej fotografii i rysunkach, w dziesieciu odmianach, na których fig 1 - przedstawia fotografie fragmentu plaskorzezby umieszczonej pod powierzchnia blatu, widocznej od strony górnej, fig 2 - przekrój fragmentu blatu stolu, z zaznaczeniem w plaskorzezbie wciec 1, wglebien 2 i zmatowien 3, a fig. od 3 do 12 -schematyczne rozmieszczenie plaskorzezby umieszczonej pod powierzchnia blatu stolu. The subject of the industrial design is a tabletop made of glass, intended for mounting on various bases. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the object's shape. The tabletop is made of a transparent glass sheet, has a smooth upper surface and is distinguished by its circular shape, while the lower surface is formed in the form of a bas-relief. The bas-relief features sharp contours of indentations, recesses, and opaque surfaces, outlined with clearly visible lines, arranged in motifs that form a rosette placed beneath the tabletop surface. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph and drawings, in ten variations, in which Fig. 1 presents a photograph of a fragment of a bas-relief placed under the tabletop surface, visible from the top; Fig. 2 presents a cross-section of a fragment of the tabletop, with indentations 1, recesses 2, and matte areas 3 marked in the relief; and Figs. 3 to 12 present a schematic arrangement of the bas-relief placed under the tabletop surface. The tabletop according to Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 is circular in shape, and the lower surface is formed as a bas-relief, in which sharp contours of indentations 1, recesses 2, and matte areas 3 are outlined with distinct lines, arranged in motifs forming a rosette, with the bas-relief filling the entire surface of the tabletop.
