PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A CENTERPIEGE FOR TABLE DECORATION To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Earl A. Aldrich, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Oakland, in the county of Alameda and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Centerpiece for Table Decoration, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein Figure 1 is a plan view of a centerpiece embodying the design of my invention.
Figure 2 is a side view of the centerpiece.
Figure 3 is a section on line 3-3 in Figure 1.
The dominant features of my design comprise a flat base having a candle-supporting element in the center thereof surrounded by a porous mass; the said base is covered with conifer sprays and supports a mound of fruit-like spherical objects, encased in transparent sheet material, sprays of conifer extend radially between and adjacent the spherical members, providing a contrasting background for the latter. The stems of the fruit-like objects and the ends of the conifer sprays are embedded in the porous mass. A candle set in the centrally located candle-supporting element projects above the center of the mound as shown.
I claim:
The ornamental design for a centerpiece for table decoration substantially as shown and described.
