Be it known that I, Everett P. A. Strandell, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city of Aurora, in the county of Kane and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original and ornamental Design for a Combined Hanging Plant Holder and Bracket Therefor, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof.

On the drawing:

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a combined hanging plant holder and bracket therefor, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a top plan view thereof; and

Figure 3 is a fragmentary front elevational view of the bracket portion thereof.
