Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka w postaci wlóczykija wykonana z materialów ekologicznych: siana, drewna, nici. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac figurki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz w barwie. Figurka w postaci wlóczykija o barwie siana z poprzecznymi waskimi czarnymi paskami, ma podluzna twarz, dluga brode, wystajace czarne oczy, zólty nos oraz wasy które stanowi zwiazana wstazka, pod wasami czerwone usta. Na glowie posiada czapke w ksztalcie stozka u góry przewiazana nicia. Figurka ma na sobie kapote u dolu rozszerzona, która jest przewiazana przeplecionym sznurkiem. Wlóczykij siedzi na pniu z kory i trzyma w rece kij. Odmiana 1 figurki jest wlóczykij siedzacy na pniu i trzymajacy w rece fajke, odmiana 2 jest figurka siedzaca na pniu z kory posiadajaca skrzyzowane nogi, odmiana 3 jest figurka kleczaca na kawalku drewna, trzymajaca w drugiej rece sznurek, którym przewiazana jest wiazka drzewa znajdujaca sie na plecach, natomiast odmiana 4 jest figurka stojaca trzymajaca w drugiej rece sznurek, którym przewiazana jest wiazka drzewa znajdujaca sie na plecach.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano figurke siedzaca na pniu z kory , fig. 2 - figurke siedzaca na pniu i trzymajaca w reku fajke, fig.3 - figurke siedzaca na pniu z kory ze skrzyzowanymi nogami, fig. 4- figurke kleczaca, fig. 5 - figurke stojaca, a fig. 6 - wszystkie odmiany figurek.
