Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt rynnowy przeznaczony do mocowania rynien do budynku. Znany uchwyt rynnowy ma ksztalt obejmy o krzywoliniowej powierzchni podparcia rynny odpowiadajacej krzywiznie rynny. Krzywoliniowa powierzchnia podparcia zakonczona jest z obu stron zagieciami dopasowanymi do ksztaltu krawedzi rynny. Ponadto, posiada plaska powierzchnie w czesci tylniej, z otworami, która na wkrety mocowana jest do deski czolowej. Uchwyt wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, zawierajacy krzywoliniowa powierzchnie podparcia z dwoma zagieciami na koncach oraz powierzchnie mocowania, usztywnione dookolnym zebrem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnia podparcia ustalona jest w prostokatnej podstawie, w której poziome ramie dodatkowo jest polaczone z powierzchnia podparcia skosnym zebrem, apionowa sciankar* s&anowi rami© mocujace, w którego zewnetrznej powierzchni wykonane sapoprzeczne rowki. The known gutter bracket is shaped like a clamp with a curved gutter support surface that matches the gutter's curvature. The curved support surface is finished on both sides with bends that match the gutter's edge. Furthermore, it has a flat rear surface with holes that is secured to the fascia board with screws. The industrial design holder, comprising a curved support surface with two bends at its ends and a mounting surface stiffened by a circumferential rib, is characterized in that the support surface is fixed in a rectangular base, in which the horizontal arm is additionally connected to the support surface by an oblique rib, and the vertical wall carries a mounting arm whose outer surface has transverse grooves. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the holder in an oblique view, and Fig. 2 shows a view of the mounting surface. The curved support surface I is fixed in a rectangular base 2 and terminated on one side with a horizontal bend 3 and on the other with an oblique bend 4. The horizontal arm of the base 2 is connected to the support surface 1 by a circumferential rib 5 and an oblique rib 6. The vertical arm of the base 2 constitutes a mounting arm 7 in which holes 8 are made. In the outer surface of the mounting arm 7 there are transverse grooves 9. The essential features of the industrial design concern the form of the object, the shape of which is the result of the location of the curved support surface in a rectangular base, with an oblique rib, an oblique bend and transverse grooves.
