PODSTAWA TELEFONU BEZPRZEWODOWEGO Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 3 lipca 2002r. Pierwszenstwo: 128 926 - Szwajcaria. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawa telefonu bezprzewodowego, uwidoczniona na rysunku, na którym kolejne figury przedstawiaja : fig.l - podstawe telefonu bezprzewodowego w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.2 - podstawe w widoku perspektywicznym z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Podstawa telefonu bezprzewodowego ma ksztalt bryly, przypominajacej plaski graniastoslup o podstawie czworokatnej i o zaokraglonych krawedziach bocznych, przy czym górna powierzchnie tej bryly stanowi wypukla pokrywa, która posiada centralnie usytuowana kieszen, stanowiaca ksztaltowe gniazdo telefonu bezprzewodowego; - Gniazdo telefonu bezprzewodowego jest tak uksztaltowane, ze stanowi zaglebienie w górnej powierzchni bryly podstawy telefonu i jest wyposazone w element oporowy, wystajacy ponad górna powierzchnie bryly podstawy telefonu, tak zewysokosc tylnej sciany elementu oporowego jest najwieksza, a wysokosc obu bocznych scian lagodnie zmniejsza sie ku przodowi az do osiagniecia poziomu pokrywy; - Element oporowy stanowi bryla krzywopowierzchniowa, tak uksztaltowana, ze jej wklesla powierzchnia wewnetrzna przypomina boczna powierzchnie walca o osi symetrii nachylonej pod katem ostrym do pionowej osi podstawy telefonu bezprzewodowego, zewnetrzne powierzchnie boczne sa splaszczone, a zewnetrzna powierzchnia tylna jest wklesla; - Wypukla pokrywa podstawy telefonu bezprzewodowego jest wieksza od bryly graniastoslupa, jej krawedzie wystaja poza obrys bryly a naroza lagodnie opadaja, prawie siegajac dolnej powierzchni bryly podstawy telefonu; - Z prawej strony kieszeni telefonu bezprzewodowego jest umieszczony plaski, owalny przelacznik, nieco wystajacy ponad powierzchnie pokrywy, a nad nim znajduje sie prostokatny wskaznik swietlny, usytuowany pionowo, symetrycznie wzgledem przelacznika; - Z tylu podstawy, na powierzchni pokrywy po obu stronach elementu oporowego znajduja sie otwory umieszczone w kilku rzedach i szeregach; - Na tylnej powierzchni bryly podstawy telefonu sa symetrycznie usytuowane prostokatne otwory.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PLCORDLESS PHONE BASE The right in registration of the industrial design is valid from: 3 July 2002. The subject of the industrial design is the base of a cordless telephone, shown in the drawing, in which the subsequent figures show: fig. 1 - the base of the cordless telephone in a front perspective view, fig. 2 - the base in a side perspective view. Essential features of the industrial design: - The base of the cordless telephone has the shape of a solid resembling a flat prism with a quadrangular base and rounded side edges, the upper surface of this solid being a convex cover with a centrally located pocket constituting a shaped socket for the cordless telephone; - The cordless telephone socket is shaped so as to constitute a recess in the upper surface of the telephone base body and is equipped with a resistance element protruding above the upper surface of the telephone base body so that the height of the rear wall of the resistance element is the greatest and the height of both side walls gently decreases towards the front until it reaches the level of the cover; - The resistance element is a curved solid shaped so that its concave inner surface resembles the side surface of a cylinder with an axis of symmetry inclined at an acute angle to the vertical axis of the cordless telephone base, the outer side surfaces are flattened and the outer rear surface is concave; - The convex cover of the cordless telephone base is larger than the prism, its edges protrude beyond the outline of the body and the corners gently slope down, almost reaching the bottom surface of the telephone base; - On the right side of the cordless telephone pocket there is a flat, oval switch, slightly protruding above the surface of the cover, and above it there is a rectangular light indicator, placed vertically, symmetrically in relation to the switch; - On the back of the base, on the surface of the cover, on both sides of the resistance element, there are holes arranged in several rows and rows; - On the back surface of the telephone base, there are symmetrically arranged rectangular holes.
