Stanislawa Staszica, Gliwice (Polska) Drag pociagowy urzadzenia do ciaglego odlewania stali W istniejacych urzadzeniach do ciaglego odle¬ wania stali stosuje sie kilka rozwiazan konstruk¬ cyjnych zakonczenia draga pociagowego. F? ^ ¦ -; ^ ,; ,,, ^ 1 Eng. Jan Labus Patent owner: Stanisław Staszic Institute of Ferrous Metallurgy, Gliwice (Poland) Pull drag of continuous casting equipment Several solutions are used in the existing equipment for continuous casting of steel These draglines are provided with heads on which the steel begins to solidify and which connects the drag drag with the cast continuous ingot. During casting, the dragline is cut by cutting the continuous ingot with a gas torch or other method. In this way, the cast steel head remains on the draft rail, from which it is separated outside the machine and is prepared for the next pouring. The heads can be detached from the rail only after the pouring has been completed. Preparation time of the device for the next casting is prolonged. The purpose of the invention is the construction of the drags, enabling the shorter preparation time of the device for the next pouring, and at the same time allowing to reduce the labor consumption of detaching the head from the starting drift. The train track according to the invention, shown in three views, (Fig. 1, 2 and 3) has a screw 1, screwed into the head 2, with a dovetail, connecting the cast continuous ingot with the body by means of a handle, which consists of jaws 3 and 4, pin 5 fastening the jaws with a dragline and a stepped wedge 6 to prevent the jaws from opening. All elements of the handle are permanently connected to the drag. As soon as the pouring starts, the steady head of the draft is flooded, thus connecting the road with the continuous ingot. After the head has been pulled out of the drawing roll cage, the stepped wedge 6 is knocked out by a hammer blow, the jaws 3 and 4 are opened and the pull rod is disconnected from the continuous ingot. a continuous ingot, with all connection elements such as jaws, locking wedge and pin permanently connected with the drug. The starting drag according to the invention decisively accelerates the preparation of the equipment for the continuous casting of steel for the next smelting. PL
