Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do herbaty majace postac prostopadlosciennego pudelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w kolorystyce i liniach poszczególnych scianek opakowania oraz w ksztalcie i barwach elementów ozdobnych znajdujacych sie na powierzchni scianek opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia, w rozwinieciu, scianke przednia, górna i boczna opakowania. Po zlozeniu scianek powstaje prostopadloscienne pudelko, w którym przeciwlegle sciany maja te same elementy ozdobne. Opakowanie ma postac kartonowego pudelka w ksztalcie poziomo lezacego prostopadloscianu. Powierzchnie wszystkich scianek maja kolor pomaranczowy. Scianka przednia, tylna i górna ma te • same elementy ozdobne i napisy. Elementy ozdobne i napisy na sciankach bocznych oraz przedniej i tylnej sa rozmieszczone w linii równoleglej do podstawy opakowania. Na sciance przedniej, tylnej i górnej Charakterystycznym elementem opakowania jest rysunek plastra miodu oraz filizanki z herbata. Dodatkowo znajduje sie rysunek roslin ifabiru z korzeniami oraz znak graficzny PANACEUM a takze napis informujacy o zawartosci opakowania " Herbatkaimbirowo - miodowa instant " równiez w jezyku angielskim a na sciance górnej dodatkowo w alfabecie chinskim. Na bocznych sciankach znajduje sie znak graficzny PANACEUM oraz napisy które nie sa istota wzoru przemyslowego. Rozwiniecie opakowania do herbaty wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na fig. 1. Opakowanie ma kolor pomaranczowy i przeznaczone jest do herbaty imbirowo - miodowej, co okreslaja napisy w jezyku polskim, angielskim i chinskim. Na przedniej, tylnej i górnej sciance opakowania znajduje sie równiez rysunek plastra miodu, filizanki z herbata, roslin imbiru z korzeniami oraz znak graficzny PANACEUM. Na bocznych sciankach znajduja sie znaki graficzne oraz napisy w jezyku polskim, angielskim i chinskim. Po zlozeniu przedstawionych, rozwinietych scianek otrzymamy prostopadloscienne poziome opakowanie do herbaty. W odmianach opakowania do herbaty wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moga równiez wystepowac inne odmiany herbat miodowych jak herbata sliwkowo - miodowa, chryzantemowo - miodowa, egzotyczna jujubowo - miodowa i inne. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to ozdobna kompozycja na sciankach opakowania w postaci rysunku plastra miodu oraz filizanki z herbata.fig.1 PL PLThe industrial design is for a tea packaging in the form of a cuboid box. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the colors and lines of the individual packaging walls and in the shape and colors of the decorative elements located on the surface of the packaging walls. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows, in an expanded form, the front, top, and side walls of the package. After folding the walls, a cuboid box is created, in which opposite walls have the same decorative elements. The packaging takes the form of a cardboard box in the shape of a horizontal cuboid. The surfaces of all walls are orange. The front, back, and top walls have the same decorative elements and inscriptions. The decorative elements and inscriptions on the side walls, front, and back are arranged in a line parallel to the base of the package. The front, back, and top panels feature a honeycomb design and a cup of tea. Additionally, there's a design of ifabiru plants with roots, the PANACEUM logo, and an inscription informing about the package's contents, also in English and, on the top panel, in Chinese. The side panels feature the PANACEUM logo and inscriptions that are not part of the industrial design. An expansion of the tea packaging based on the industrial design is shown in Figure 1. The packaging is orange and intended for ginger and honey tea, as identified by inscriptions in Polish, English, and Chinese. The front, back, and top panels also feature a design of a honeycomb, a cup of tea, ginger plants with roots, and the PANACEUM logo. The side walls feature graphic symbols and inscriptions in Polish, English, and Chinese. Folding the unfolded sides creates a rectangular, horizontal tea package. Tea package variations based on the industrial design may also include other honey tea varieties, such as plum and honey tea, chrysanthemum and honey tea, exotic jujube and honey tea, and others.
